At what infection rate would you consider a vaccine not effective?NO vaccine is 100% effective. never has been, probably never will be. that is no reason to not be vaccinated IMO. would you disconnect the brakes on your car because they failed once, so why bother?

i would consider it "not effective" when it was not any better than not being vaccinated, and had identical outcomes RE hospitalizations and deaths per capita. you know, (or should) relative harm reduction.
