You forgot to add, "for Medicare patients". Medicare is government healthcare for those 65 and older. Everyone else pays out of pocket.

Everyone €385 when visiting a specialist, use medication etc + your monthly medical bill which can be only the base insurance €108-135 or with extra insurance +/- €155.
