Thats a silly comment. How can you say such a thing when you can contract and transmit regardless of status? How would me not getting vaccinated kill you? What rubbish. I have a headache, would you mind taking a couple of Advils so mine will work?

My comment was about anti vaxxers spreading misinformation. This is deliberate, and in many cases is done for publicity, youtube subscription and graft.Anyone trying to frighten people into not getting vaccinated is basically condemning a small percentage to die from covid.

What about people who have had a cple injections then got covid or had a reaction then said no more,are they antivaxxers at that point too? Where is the line? I don't care one way or the other if someone does or doesn't. I'm not looking for an argument or anything just trying to make sense of it all and see different views.

If those persons aren't actively spreading misinformation and working toward convincing others to not protect themsevles, then I don't think that's the same thing.
Nor do I believe that's what Chi is referring to.
As far as reactions to vaccinations go, there are many vaccines that predate the COVID vaccines, and which aren't mRNA either, that can generate significant side effects for some. Shingrix, The Yellow Fever vaccines, and many others.

By the way, there's an 18-million subject study from Italy that shows the efficacy of the vaccines regarding reinfection for those vaxxed and not, severity of illness for those vaxxed and not, etc. It's easily located if you're interested.
Medscape carried a detailed report on it, as but one source.

I see the valid reason for any related conflict similarly as Chi does, I suspect; those who are spreading falsehoods and potentially impacting others' well-being. That's the crux of the biscuit, so to speak.
I really don't care if an individual gets vaccinated or not at this stage. What I care about is people who have a public platform such as youtube or twitter, deliberately spreading misinformation about the vaccination, deliberately lying about the dangers of the vaccine, while downplaying the dangers of covid itself. To make it worse, many of them are making money from this, and pandering to a certain audience. Lies repeated often enough have completely changed the landscape to the point that people are fearful of something that is proven a better option than getting covid. Not downplaying that vaccines have risks, but it is really clear that the dangers of covid far outweigh the dangers of the vaccine.

Good points but on the other hand there are people who have had serious reactions which they woudn't have had and perhaps never even contracted covid . Some will live with it and have medical issues through coercion.ex job..It's a tough one.
