Bay Area platinum cookies is a pleasure to grow. Love this strain. Not a big yielder, but she gets so frosty and purple, and is easy to trim. I get her testing around 28% thc.

The best thing to do is order seeds. With the amount of amazing genetics out there these days, it's much easier to find keeper pheno types. If you pop the seeds in a low stress environment, use blue light, and have a little extra nitrogen, it encourages the seed to be female.

If you get clones from the wrong place you will also usually get pests and/or powdery mildew. Literally the only place I will buy clones from is Berkeley patients group, and they are expensive, but it's the only place I hadn't gotten hella pm from.
