The medium I use really doesn't affect anything. I use a feed ph range of 6.3-6.5. in all the mediums I use. I never let it go out of that range. Our plants take in nutrients based on PH. Some plants do get too much N but It's easy to fix feeding RO a few times. The APPSS x APISS x WLF8 above took in too much so she has been on RO only this week,

All soilless mediums are buffered. Promix HP is 5.5-5.8... Once the PH drops to low the plants will suffer. Feeding 6.3-6.5 the medium PH never drops too low. Low PH is the #1 cause of all plant issues. I tried using 5.8-6 ph but found my plants did not take well to that low of a PH. Over the years of tweaking, I found a PH 6.3 is the lowest I will ever use in any soilless medium.

The PH is so import and missed, or overlooked by many, always great to see it mentioned. They look gread buddy, as everything does that comes from you, thanks for sharing..DD

Destiny x Appalachian Super Skunk. This pheno is on 61 days, very nice solid flowers.. OGK dom plants from all so far.. Flowering times 80-90 days. The haze has bumped the flowering time and terp profiles.

Freezer cure? I haven't heard of this, I think? I assume its putting your jars in the freezer. I know a friend who who has put stuff in the freezer before. But curing in the freezer, this I haven't heard of.

Freezing keeps the terps strong/longer. Heat is not good for terps. The cooler you can keep your flowers the longer those terps will last. The flowers are not frozen. You need moisture for that to happen. I could smoke some as soon as I take it out of the freezer. Anything below 60% RH wont freeze. When Im curing I like my flowers stable at 58% RH. After that its ready to be sealed up. What I do is not really a cure per se. I changed it to storage. My flowers are already cured before Freezing. It has a big impact on keeping the terpenes fresh longer that's all Im doing...
