I found Ares dead today.. He lived 3.5 years of their 5-year lifespan. I took this pic just 2 days ago. Whatever was wrong it was fast.

I started more C.banana s1 x THH X P41 and DBMH seeds. DBMH has Mango haze in there but I want to add some THH x P41 maleness to make the line reg. It should produce killers, so lets find out ..

I snagged more flora flex rooters during the July 4th, 50 count bags for $9, I have been practicing cloning lately so extra bags are handy for experimenting

The plugs are working really well. I have no plans to use a cloner again. I was struggling for a while using my mist cloner. It did work for many years. I'm trying to get everything backed up now.

I was checking the main flower room and noticed a burnt plastic smell. I found a wall fan not working. I took it off and cleaned it, it seems to be working now?. Im gonna leave it off too cool. The motor was scorching hot melting the plastic. I will keep an eye on it.

I had this happen with two of those small imported oscillating fans (110v) that u get from any hydrostore. The bearings wore and the shafts got stuck, while power continued, and they overheated like yours. Maybe just scrap it and get a new one. After I shifted over to larger computer style fans, I slept better.

All wall fans are garbage. These are not made to be used 24/7.. No one makes fans that can handle that kind of use.

Been using a Shafer 12" haf fan 24/7 for nearly a year. No problems were detected. Not cheap.
There are def 1 offs that last many years. Most will not. Their components are cheap. There made to run a few hrs a day/night.. I have other types of fans that have lasted many years. These are floor/wall high velocity big 20" fans. Shafer is high velocity type. have a few of these types going on 6 years. Wall fans are garbage.
