Dunno about this AquaShield stuff. Made my res stink like compost, then after about four or five days it smelled like an old fishtank again. Left a good slime coat all over everything as well. Leaving it outa the mix this time around.
What are your water temps?

Don't know exactly, no thermometer. Been meaning to pick one up now for awhile, doesn't feel warm though.
Got turned on to this thread the other day. Think this might be what was causing me problems, not the BA. So far with 0-6-9, haven't seen any signs of bloom. https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=188434
