Hard for me to imagine an outdoor plot without rabbit fencing.
They wouldn't last two days around here.

I've watched your thread for some time, just became a member this year though.

hey...

long time no see...

yo joe... no fence ever used there :D but u may see i considered doin one in my first post

well, last week i brought in 20lb of organic garden fert and 20lb of plagron guano... no made no pics.... also started sprayin thurizide...

well, the fert didnt react as it was not rainin yet...

yesterday it finally rained, ...sprayed again,... topdressed some mineral magic and some stinky special recipe compost....

watered 200L last week and 100L this week so theres room to fill up again in my tanks...

the plant structure looks quite good, nice and bushy,...maybe top them again...?

looks good... :)

ps: forget about the autos... ;)

Fantastic growth going on! Looks like my garden! Keep up the good work! How do you do the support net?

I choose not to use additional support, and instead build up the soil around the stems. Haven't had a crop this big though, so I may end up needing some more support.

hey...

yo pipeline! i used these 3ft metal stalks to hold the netting sideways and kinda wrapped it over....works nice i think :)

plants got a little low on N, think i handled it with some more topdressing organic 7-4-6.....

very dry conditions, spent all my watersavings, they should fill up the next days

hello,

today i cleared the rootzone intesively, no more weeds,... want them to get all the nutrition,...

dug up the topdressed soil witch worked a bit too much as it was quite wet, ....mixed it up with local dirt from around so it stays fresh and isnt overreacting... already got issues on two smaller plants... think i saved them though...

hello,...

well, this season was nice,... so far

i missed the point for cutting out my plants, also i overferted this one time,...and sun houres decreased a lot since its autmn and the surrounding trees grew a lot this year,.... i should go and cut trees but i dont have the passion right now as weatherforecast also is like desasterouse,.....

so i catched some seriouse leafespot mostly exclusive on the mango sapphire,... well,..gave them a good cut and hope for the best ...

at least the lost coast hashplant will yield some before the cold is coming,...the MS will stay, maybe the sun comes back in first week of oct?!

as i understood leafspot doesnt like it cold??

i removed all the leafes after taking the pictures by the way...

hey guys

thankfully my measures against leafspot worked, should have cleaned out those downward scrub and popcorn a lot earlier...well, just in time i guess...

got some heavy rain and more to come but the trellies work very nice... and everything dries up fast...

picked/cut a lot of catarpillars, they are still totally active, next year thurizide till mid september...

looks good...

I have peeked in on several of your posts over the years. I used to live in Bavaria and go to school, hence my interest in Alps growing.

Your experience over the years shows.

Viel gluck!!

yo,
thx dimodz, wishes always appreciated :)

got some heavy storm, quite a drag,... just a few branches snapped, but very bent over... managed to put them up somehow...

the mangosapphire is still high in N, always have put a little more on them and that added up in the end,... already some botritis and late in flower,...still 3 weeks to go :/

the lost coast of course is a keeper, even though cats love it... :/
should come down next week...

yeah that good if there hanging next week and the dry trimming before it coming inside the glass jars, are you making extracts or bublle icelator hash from the trimm of it .,?

moritzst

hey there

yo dimodz, wont do much extracts as i chopped most sugars right on site as septoria was on its way... :mopper:

season ended harsh and aprupt... the mango was still two weeks early, quite late selected pheno, got lot earlier ones in last years mango seeds,....still it gained some weight..maybe uplifting...... the lost coast looks great and could be a yielder this year....

did the whole harvest by train using my patented ironing-bag/gas-stove technic ;) quite nice to travel smell-free as people are still on war with the plant this side of the globe

lets see how this harvest turns out, doesnt look like a lot so far, quality should be decent of course..... whatever

:bump: :bump: :bump:
