growing from seed without germiation

Not much to say except they are lookin good. One has 2 sets of leaves now and they're already lookin big. The other only has one set of leaves...yep

so my plants have been lookin good but one has been lookin better than the other..it has two good sets of leaves after only 13days. But this morning when I checked on my plants I noticed that the leaves have started closing.

I dont really know how to explain it but they almost look like they're closing like a venus fly trap.
Could this be a result of underwatering? I didnt water them for a few days because there was no water in my house.

Too close to lights?? Im using cfl's though so i didnt think thatd be a problem.

Any help is greatly appreciated

underwater makes MJ go droopy... praying posistion, as far as i know, is a PH problem. (too high).

Pics would be best for working these problems out though...
