or you could get a water chiller and an icebox. seal the room completely and just keep recirculating the same air within the room! this is the route i'm taking -- i'll be sure to post some documentation.



Totaly seal the room is your best bet with the advice above so you dont lose your co2. you'll be going thru bottles like crazy if not

Or if you don't have the dough for that, figure out what the cubic foot per minute released by the CO2 source, be it bottle, generator, etc, and figure out how big the space is (lengthxwidthxheighth=cubic foot). Then do a bit of math to find out how long it'll take to enrich the area to 1500 ppm. Thats what I do in my co2'd soil room, works well.

hey bro could you elaborate on that exactly? perhaps include the dimensions of your soil room and what you ended up coming with (an example for dummies ).

not sure what's up your ass, but why bother posting something like this? i'm posting on these forums asking these questions AFTER searching. this IS a forum, correct? you know...uhh..a DISCUSSION board?

oh and b/c i'm a "new member" don't assume, i'm a newb. it's a new name, and no don't ask who i used to be.

this is my 4th or 5th grow, and like you suggested "stuck to growing" and never really passed the level of homemade co2 yeast/sugar mixes...heh. i have the dough to invest so i'm trying to find my best option by asking the more experienced questions. i'm pretty sure most don't mind offering help, so i'll just ignore you. peace.

The 6" vortex doesnt seem to run to loud, way less then a dryer.. I also mounted it using rubber straps and think its really mufling the sound as opposed to be attached directly to the wall. I went and bought another wall fan and have it aimed directly at the lights, helping with heat!

Co2 is very important to me. I cant get my levels to 1500 but around 1000 before my exhaust fans kick on..
