I would buy yoursef a carbon filter and small fan. I reckon trying to make it out of cooking hood carbon filters will end up not working as well and costing almost as much.

Yeah.. I will go and look around the city for shop with growing equipment this week. I imagine I need to buy the smallest possible one for this space size.

Yeah, that was next question I was about to ask, is c-99 good enough reflection material to put in the box? should I expect temperature raise after foiling walls of the box?

I don't know c-99.
White foil is my choice, easily available. There is also silver foil and some growers just use silver reflective mirror like plates or just painted the walls white. Don't use kitchen aluminium foil please. Different reflection material has a different efficiency of reflection.
The overall temperature will not increase.

If you go around town and look for growing equipment, don't buy it yet. Write down prices and compare online. Most stuff is either made for households (loud or inefficient) or overpriced. Gosh i have serious flashbacks of my first real indoor steps right now
