who, exactly, handles the customer service complaints? lol... I say "only" 9 cause earlier I reported 10/10. though I still hold out hope for it... it was the small straggler that didn't pop initially anyways... and I am always happy with a 90% germ rate anyhow....

Nah, I kid. But if there ARE actually any problems, a quick PM or a thread in the Stank Bros forum, and I'll personally be sure to resolve any real problems that ever arise from anything that ever gets released under the Stank Bros name.

I know THIS is all in play and jest - but I never want to result to saying all problems are environmental, the growers fault, or anything else. If any member can document problems, and be respectful in the process of doing so, I'll be sure a resolution is made...
