Wow MadMac :)

I'm impressed that your resinous Malawi selected mother reacts so fast to flowering outdoors in Holland, here our Malawi clones are slower in early Sept, i think you have a special Malawi plant there, especially if you really like her quality and she can fully finish there. Please, keep her and share her for the future!

Wish the other strains also perform well in your guerrilla garden.
Is there any plan for the males ? Best wishes for the rest of the flowering! ;)

thank you very much dubi!
after reading this message i directly drove to my friend to make some extra clones... you never know ;-)
I'm so happy and curious to see how she finished in all the different spots... every friend is very very happy and today while i made cuttings i noticed the nice Malalwi odor
I killed all males in my guerrilla grow... don't need to make seed's... will buy them direct @ ACE ;-)
Well beside that the early Malawi got some pollen from the early Erdpurt Male! So maybe... will see...
Next week i will visit my outdoor spot and see how far they are...:peacock:
@scai
summer was ok here... @ begin july we had 35°C... the rest was colder around 23°C... now rainy weather is gone hopefully & sun is shining :) Need a golden oktober!
Happy growin'

Hi Mac if that can finish in time in your area you have struck gold, hang on to her. She looks amazing for your latitude and still some time to go before its too cold and wet.
I can see why your so in love with the Malawi she looks amazing.

Update 27 September

Update 27 September

high @ all,
well could not wait to visit my outdoor spot...
and surprise... some girls where full in flower...
The early Malawi got bud rot... but only on parts with seeds.
So i did harvest that early girl... well as you can see on the images all plants are extrem wet and this spot is extreme in all parts(bad underground, very wet soil, very very humidity area, lots of snags etc...
But well as mention in the first post this is a hard core survive try to find out which plant works best for my area...
As you can see on the pic's the Malawi need not much longer... so i'm curious when she finish in my friends gardens...
@ the moment it looks like that the winner are Erdpurt, PCK, Nepal Jam and early Malawi. Bangi Haze is a bit late here but on my balcony she looks much better and 2 weeks ahead... So i put Bangi on my list too :)
Congo is maybe a bit too late but will see how she will finish...
So @ moment i found only bud rot @ the early Malawi but only on parts with seeds... so this is very very good for this conditions... other dutch hybrids where long gone here...
It looks like that Erdpurt, PCK, Nepal Jam and Bangi Haze will finish in time @ mid to end October... this makes me very very happy!!!
Finally i will give Congo a second chance and will start her from a cutting...
Golden Tiger cut and the other Malawi cut are too late... but well i've found the early Malawi Girl and that counts! The smell and odor are really malawish... it's easy to smell the difference between the others... if you have grown a Malawi you really notice this odor...
So i hope after this week of rain the next four weeks will be sunny!
keep my fingers crossed for all...
M.

As you can see one Erdpurt and Congo have some issues but that doesn't matter because it's the area where they stand... all plants need clearly some P+K but well this is Guerrilla Style and they have to survive and care by themselves...
This is just a test grow and is doing better than expected

Last pic's before harvest... :)

Last pic's before harvest... :)

high @ all,
here the last outdoor pic's from the spectacular Malawi & Golden Tiger outdoor grow...These lady's are all cuttings from my last indoor grow except the dutch BubblegumXL hybrid... it's there just to compare to the ACE gear :)
As you can see the results speak for them selfs...
They got not much love but as i visit my friends today i was really surprised that the Malawi is doing so well everywhere here...
I really love the smell and you notice it directly if you have a other plant near to compare...
This is a really magic odor that you only find on Malawi's ... also our wife's like the smell... that is not often like this!
Now harvest is close... we will harvest @ 24 this month in the morning...
all are little nervous because this year is so amazing... because we all know how potent this stuff is from my indoor grow... ! Just a week or two little sunshine and a it's perfect!
Never mind that this Malawi will finish so early here outdoors @ 51° lat.... I can highly recommend this great genetics in cold wet climate... no issues until now and look how wet they are!!!
Respect & big kudos for this great selection Dubi!
Now we are in ACE heaven the next decade by sure :)
Smoke and eat reports will follow!
Pic's are taken in two different spots...

Hi Mac it will be interesting to hear your smoke report they are good for your latitude, I would not believe it possible to get near to finish, you have a good pheno.

I agree, great find with the early Malawi. Even the other cut looks like it will be mostly done. I would never have thought you would finish Malawi so far north. Maybe Ace can perfect a fast version for the north. The Golden tiger looks like it will need more time tho.
Great job. Best wishes for a strong finish.
Peace GG

The early Malawi is definitely a blessing for your climate! Looks like the other longer flowering Malawi also have great chances to finish correctly, i would never think that our Malawi would finish in Holland, very interesting ....

I'm glad you and your wife enjoy Malawi's aromas, originally (the Old Killer Malawi and earlier generations) were not so aromatic compared with modern strains and modern terpene standards ... but we have tried to improve the aromas in the line in latest generations, as we commented previously the early flowering Malawi phenos are usually the ones with the best smells.

Your purple PCK looks a bit like the lankier Old Purple PCK mother, how are her aromas ? Forest fruits or more earthy/hashy?

The Congo is catching up very well ;) Love the resins she is producing. Good resins on the ErdPurts too!

It's always interesting to test strains and parental plants in very wet spots to evaluate their mold resistance.
Hope the weather is still good there for at least 3 weeks more, although the climate is usually quite variable in Holland at this time of the year.

Thank you very much for the feedback and frequent updates. :)
