14 day flush this run.
Sorry for the delay on the photo updates, my damn laptop died and I’m not as used to navigating IC on my phone.
Everything is trimmed up and in paper bags. Should hit jars Monday or Tuesday!

Hunter Smoke #1 and Chemistry both didn’t make the cut (although the Chemistry is smoking like good Chem4, gonna keep searching). Hunter Smoke #2 & Hylife x Trix earned a spot on the roster and Doughzer will remain a staple in the garden!

Everything is smoking really well - Doughzer & Hylife x Trix are standouts (as well as crowd favorites). Clean, smooth, great flavor translation from smell to taste, power is all there. I’ll have to tuck a jar of everything to see how a couple week cure affects it, cuz these fresh nugs are smokin!
Earlier today I took a tray of clones: Doughzer (9) Hylife x Trix (7) Forum Cookie (2). When the 8 seedlings I’ve got going start to show sex - I’ll be able to adapt/plan accordingly and plug in cuttings to fill the canopy as males or undesirables are culled.

Seedlings & fresh cuttings doing their thing. Getting some great feedback from the homies, especially on Hylife x Trix. Next run I’ll be looking to level it up and dial her in! Doughzer is my personal favorite to smoke on …

Overwatered the seedlings the last couple days. Pretty annoyed with myself, but onwards and upwards. Gonna let em dry out for a week and hopefully get full health bounce back
I’ll spare you guys a photo of the unhappy seedlings and instead give you a look at this new Botanicare OD res tray I got a few days ago!
Standard res trays aren’t compatible with tents (as I’m sure you all know lol) so I always end up doing saucers to deal with runoff. I plan on running square container pots this go around, which is what put me back on the hunt for a compatible res tray. A “3x3” not fitting in a 3x3 tent because of the lip around the edge is maddening!
Anyways, I’m beginning to ramble. Shoutout to Botanicare for making these OD (Outer Dimension) trays, they work perfect for the Gorilla Tents!
And here’s what I’m smoking on tonight …

16 of the 9x9” square pots fit almost perfect in the 3x3’ tray. Cuttings should be popping roots within the next few days, although the temperatures have been pretty cold which is likely to slow things down. The seedlings are bouncing back from my overwatering mistake and will be on track here shortly.
Can’t wait to have this tent stuffed full of colas!

I cut this current batch of clones 10 days ago and I’m seeing roots on all but one of the Hylife x Trix. I can tell the Doughzer and Forum cuts are about to pop off - I can see the calluses inside the slits of the macro plugs. I’m pleased with the results, especially since the weather has been less than ideal.

Doughzer mom - she got a little deficient but is looking healthier by the day. I’m working on training her and her sister in a way that produces the highest quality cuts possible (lots of tops) every time they’re needed.

Did some transplanting today. Seedlings are starting to look good after a rough week or so. These new shoes should assist in nursing them back to full strength. Doughzer and Forum Cookie cuts are still in the dome, developing roots. Hylife x Trix babies are ready for takeoff!
