Most people won't notice your guerrilla grow in the back yard if you don't stand there oogling it all day! ja ja!

Just to the left of the previous picture my girlfriend maintains extensive gardens that direct/control/confuse the eye. 😉

I was a young lad in the 70's when I read a book that offered growing suggestions. (A Child's Garden of Grass?) I don't recall.

The author offered a good argument for the hide in plain sight garden.
How to use different heights, large splashes of color, depth perception, etc.
I remember they preferred using Cosmos and training the plants low.

It's been a part of my sop's ever since with great success.

But ya, you can't stand next to them and ogle all day. I agree. 😄

Had an humanities prof that I liked, but he did go on and on about 'directing the eye', in artworks. Should work well in a garden. I think 'arrows'. Strong lines that lead the eyes. Bright warm colors attract the eye, dull cool colors are less attractive to the eye. Also, strong 'resting places' for the brain to 'escape to' when there's too much texture going on.

Nice garden! Yes, I use a lot of zinnias, sunflowers, castor plants. Big and colorful things to catch the eye.

View attachment 19082832 After a great season outside at 42.2N with GMGrape, Mountain Gold and Purple Satellite and even without trying any of the smoke yet I figured I needed to round things out and get the Zacateca for next year. Sometimes ya gotta have a little faith. 😉

Then I saw the Oaxacan Gold pop up on North Alantic. 😮
Hadn't really heard anything so I waited a few days. No official announcements. Maybe trouble with the hurricane?

Decided to just go for it and not miss the opportunity to grab some og genetics in case they were a limited drop from his Skull 79.
Looking forward to next year already. 🫘
Got the Purple Sat and the Mountain Gold in the stash, hehe.

Will the Oacacan Gold be availible in spain? And when?

Thanks
