M. Gold at 4 weeks. Pinched at 6th node a week ago and took bottom cuts. Are under mainly T8's with a bit of LED white at 17 1/2 hrs. Will slowly transition to all LED.

Plant on the right is showing boy even under 17 plus hours. The other I believe to be female but nothing showing yet.

I will start roping these down and will slowly decrease light hours. Hope to have them under 12 at the 7 week mark.

These are very robust plants. The male was not slowed a bit after topping and the female? hardly at all. Updates to follow.

Looking great! and the lack of sex sign as they get older usually indicates female.
Very good!

Vermontman huh? We shall see, hopefully your not yet another out of stater, ripping folks off under the vermont name. All the great farmers up here wouldn't be caught DEAD postjng here. Let alone aligning with Spanish co from VT...we're all about support small buis and farmers.

vtgirl, you have to understand, Ace is one of the most important cannabis breeding organizations in the world. The reason they even chose to work with VM is because he has some truly unique and important old time genetics that need to be preserved. Ace is all about preserving rare and valuable genetics before they all get polluted by modern hybrids. Please stick around and you will learn more. ;)

I hear you V-man. Best to ignore certain posts, but I couldn't resist calling out the Troll, or flirting with the girl who starts fights whichever. What's the deal with people from Vermont going after other people from Vermont? Must be the long, cold Winters. I thought that's why We grow. You know, always Sunny. Sometimes I think it's really just One dude who seems Schizophrenic from all the account names trolling away like he's 9 or 10 people. If everyone handled it like you, the World would be a better place.

Peace

Hey Tex!
You cannot argue with a toxic mind enraged with jealousy Or whatever feeds that poison! All we can do is ignore the monster under the bed and it will go away so I emplore all who visit this thread.
To PLEASE IGNORE TOXICITY!
And it will go away. I know I am indulging here, but please in the future just ignore. It needs negative energy to survive and I deplore negative energy. I am kind of a happy dude!
Hugs to you buddy!

I swear you better be from Vermont!!!!! Holy smokes! Lol. 🤣🤣
thank you for posting a pic of the mulanje. I am planning on F2'ing the PBB ( maybe to F3) and would love to find some leaning in both the Hawaiian and mulanje side. ( Not exactly sure what I am looking for, but I am learning) My PBB is looking tasty. Smells amazing. I'll post pics soon. Hope to try your GMG if my $$ makes it to the company. Sent it in 3-4 weeks ago...started to worry I lost it ... Fingers crossed because I would love to try this strain and make some IWE hash with it. Once again, thanks for all your work and dedication!

Well, the thing is, the internet has really changed. It is so refreshing to be able to still have a real conversation thread with people who actually know stuff and are willing to share. Unlike 99% of today's social media which is mostly content free. I would not have gotten to be anywhere near the grower I am becoming without this incredible resource at ICMag, and without access to the Ace seed catalog. Not that I'm much of a grower yet, but I'm working on it....lol.

I really hope vtgirl comes back because that would be the sign that she wants to learn about more than just the latest Cookiegirrrrillapuss#6 nonsense. :D

The winter isn’t cold enough and we’re all jonesing powder. I tried some of VT Man’s work and have definitely appreciated it. Nobody owns Vermont, but we do care about protecting the name.

Ace has been great too and I understand why someone would want to use a seedbank in a place with better laws and a much larger reach than anything local. We’re tiny.

Yeah me too...that's why I've been busy mining ICMag for several years reading every old thread I can, because someday it might be gone. Truly invaluable resources here for the seeker of knowledge. ;)

Ah Les! Thank you brother!
The Mulanje and the HA sativa are unique but both spectacular, Neither of which I can take credit for, Federation seed co out of Vancouver is responsible for the Hawaiian Sativa in its purity and preservation, The Mulanje is credited to Malberry seeds, That being said Because they are so very unique and stable it should become apparent after just a few generations, and you simply run this strain in any direction you would like to lean toward.
To maybe help a bit the HA has a bit of a menthol candy scent and taste where the Mulanje has a deeper earthy fragrance and leaves a creamy honey taste on the palate.
I hope this helps?
Please keep us posted!
