What is FWF?? ... Is this watering with no Nutrients? I have been doing this for years but not on any particular day.. All plants get fed 1x daily hand watered with nutrients.. All plants get fresh water 1x at some point in that week.

Fresh Water Friday, for me it's because I typically don't flip my plants into flower on days other than Monday or Fridays just for the sake of keeping things easy enough to keep track of. I just give them fresh ph'd tap water on Fridays.
Avanish- I can totally see how that acronym could be used in that context, I used to do feed-water-feed when running soil years ago. I was personally referring to "fresh water Friday", which is something I've been doing in my coco garden for years.
I do that too but the days are not always on Friday. I don't even PH adjust the RO/DI water its Neutral(7)..
Looks like 1x to me, Would be easy to build. Pretty cheap too.

yeah I did FWF when I was running the h&g @ 8/9, I use canna's base now and still do fresh water Fridays. it's a concept that is integrated into all my feed programs really even pbp.
my reason behind pH-ing the fresh water is I assume(key word here) that the fresh water is essentially dissolving any residual salts/nutes that are in the medium and by pHing the fresh water I'm keeping those elements available/making them available again. I'd rather try and get my plants to use the residual nutes that are in the medium which in theory keeps them from building up to a point where they become concentrated at levels I would consider detrimental to plant health. I guess it's probably got a lot to do with the success I have running zero run off as well.
another benefit I guess is that I save 15% of my nutes throughout a cycle by eliminating 1 day a week.

My GG#4 were a generous gift from SeedPac at High Times Cup.
I would like to Just Verify the Cut. I posted some Pics of the Plants.
Its really hard to see. Please take some pics with lights off. The 1st thing to look for is the leaf twist. I have not see a GG#4 that doesn't have this trait. weird put up some pics that are perfect examples of what gg#4 looks like.
Sorry Deathstar that looks like something else to me. I got a couple cuts from him there too and they didn't all have tags…
but I did get a glue from him and it's legit as was the cut I grabbed there from medicated acres.
