my whole house stinks of GG#4...it's also drifting outside the attic louvres :yikes:

she is stinky for sure. u gotta get a scrubber pulling air out of the room, creating negative pressure. unless u dont care about the smell. can filters have been my best bet so far

You're either going to want to get a filter you can hang or get creative and hang that big you have. If you think GG4 stinks now then just wait. You can get pretty creative with some ratchet straps and rope and shit.... What's holding you back?

ive stood some filters upright in the corner of the room before, place them on a milk create or 5 gal to get them off the ground incase of water.

ive hung a can 150 by myself. put 3 large eye hooks into the ceiling cross beams. laid the filter down.placed tie downs around filter. attached another 3 tie downs to eye hooks in the ceiling, other end of tie downs attach to the ones looped around the filter. then inch up each tie down. maybe tighten 6 or so inches per strap till your comfortable with the max angle the filter. to much angle an the filter could slip out of the loops.

depending on the tie down u may need to reset the area where the strap loops/coils in the tie down. but thats why u use 3, 2 hold the filter while you reset the 3rd. alternate straps an before u know it its in the ceiling. 3 straps. 2 work but its way tougher if u need to reset the slack in the coil/wrap of the tie down.

I overgrew my self & the room is so tight it freaks me out..i'll have to move the entire PVC scrog cage with 4 large netted plants in full bloom that's gonna be a pain to slowly drag it over, i don't have 8 hands....if i have the filter stacked on a 5 gallon i'll be sucking air out at about 1 1/2 feet...that's low ...is that ok? right now i'm pulling from the top & it's very efficient

The only other thing I can think of would be to get a big tub of Ona gel and stick in the exhaust duct somewhere in the run? :dunno:

 yup , better upgrade the filters or add a couple more !!!

i run 3 filters in my room to contain the stank ! my big can 100 thats my exhaust for the lights , then 2 8" x 24" filters with 8" fans just scrubbing the room . the 3rd one is behind the plants on the left , basically the same as the one on the right .

GG mom getting massive...

I am having a very hard time getting cuttings to root, so she just stays in here and grows.

Try Snypes method out. GG is one of my easiest to root with his method. I've been doing 4ml micro 6ml bloom 1.5 drops bleach 0.5ml superthrive per gallon for the cubes. Make sure your cloning area is in the 75-78degree area and the cubes aren't overly saturated.

Lol @ moving the scrog with plants....Sorry :)

I hate dealing with net and had to lay one down this round too. gotta strap the second layer tonight and not looking forward to it. Even though the yield rocks im not sure its worth the extra hassle for me anyways. Crawling under the damn thing all the time...might as well go be a auto mechanic.

Couldnt imagine having to move the whole thing in tact. I feel for ya star.

Most tool rental places will rent small hand crank material lifts by the day for pretty cheap. Most are lightweight aluminum, easy to move, set up, and will lift several hundred lbs. They're usually used for installing duct work.
