Gorilla Glue #4 - Part II

I'm a rookie new grower sure but ive studied hard and with the right strains people pull 3+ a light all the time. With the glue I don't know but it looks to me like dans is giving it one hell of a go.

Getting 3lbs or 48oz per light is not normal for me no matter what I'm growing. I think most of us run 4 per light. Getting 8oz from ea plant doesn't happen often. When it does that's 32oz per light.. I have never hit 10+oz per plant.

The size, the shape, the color, the trichs I love everything about your plants mate,no waste at all, i guess if you make Ice is because you´re bored or like it....mamma mia!:tiphat:

Was 1.4EC your max? 5th&6th week flower for that EC?

i stayed at 1.3 this round ....

i have to agree with Hammer ... 8 ounce plants are hard to hit ! i think i've done it once maybe twice . my average is 4 to 6 per plant .

That was 3 plants each in a 45 gal of soil, and yeag tons of overlap it's a 12x16 room 6 gavitas everything gets just about the same light intensity anywhere in the room, Here is b4 and 21 days after transplant.

I'm as wet behind the ears as you can get when it comes to growing I admit that freely. I don't have any fist hand experience of my own to go off of so I won't argue what you guys are saying about yields, that was just my goal. If 3lbs is something of legend not fact then that does burst my bubble a little I won't lie but I'm a big boy I will survive. What I will say though is look at DJM's Coco Trees thread I could have sworn that he did something like 35 lbs off 12 lights, 2 plants per light. Not sure of the strain it's been a couple months since I've read that thread but I remember it being one that to take notes from and something to reach for.

Dreamer or not growing is fun as hell, I will continue to learn and try to get better. I have nothing better to do anyway. It's my only hobby. I would have loved 3lbs per light but quality is much more important to me than yield its not going to matter if I have 3 elbows if its just a bunch of hay. Thanks to all of you for the information on your yields. It really puts it into perspective for me, I appreciate it.

Well I'm gonna give u some solid advice that every grower starting needs to hear... first don't worry bout yield just focus on growing and finishing the plants n dialing in your environment ...
2ND NEVER EVER EVER count on expect 3 per light... yes it's possible but everything has to go perfect n very strain dependent ... yes glue can do it...
I pretty much consistently get 2+, 3 a few times but still do the budget as if I expect to yield 1.5 everything extra is bonus..... always better to set reachable goals ... start off with 1lb per K goal...

yes very good advice stoney. i still only bank on 1-1.5 per light and take overages as a bonus. maybe i was being a smartass del, if i came across that way i apologize. right there is someone pulling 3 per horizontal. im willing to bet the key words in his room are gavita and overlap, but 3 per is amazing. if you wanna pull three lbs off a light, easiest way is start learning vert! your still gonna have to be on awesome, but you might as well start...

anyway, good morning glue gang! didnt drop off any pics from yesterdays update so heres a few...

try coco. lol. seems to help get bigger yields.. I mean I upped my yields a decent amount just switching..

but I'm in the middle of upgrading. from a 6000w room to 2 4000w rooms and a 2000w veg room on light movers to supply those 2 rooms on the flip flop .
