pretty damn impressive marijuana :dance013:

i'm going after a likely mag deficiency

so it's yay? >

over nay?

i like talking w/ growers... this is what i do, it's my passion, it's in my blood & i'll be hanging a lamp or planting in the sun till the day i die

so dissolve about one to two tablespoons of Epsom salt per gallon of water and drench...?

also any true and real life opinions about RO water? i mostly use it 'cause my tap comes out @ 0.3 EC and smells like chlorine...sometimes my guts think too much RO is not good for the plants...

my gg4 clones are dying....i didn't think this was gonna happen and my mom has been in 12/12 for 10 days(she's flowering quickly)...now i'll have to take new cuts from a flowering plant which i don't want 2 do...a question arises ...should i treat the plant 1st w/mag to see if i can correct it before, or after the new attempt at cuts

'bout 2 dab my morning glue....

mack ... i took 35 cuts from her , they are just starting to throw roots, but look absolutely horrible & i doubt they will make it...wonder if epsom salt in the aero cloner might help 'em out

I meant have you taken any new cuts in.
but stress from taking cuts might of added to the problem/cause?

add the Epsom,it wont hurt anything and will prob help.

I have not seen any pics that look like MG deficiency. That leaf u posted looks like temp(hot or cold) or fan issue. More pics of this will help.

Star I have to add epsome to my Cloner a few days without and they yellow lightly and go all limp, they just look sickly then. I've used a 300 ppm spray of carbonated water as well as ro water.... And make sure you keep them out of any wind to keep them from drying out.....

When I look at your photo's star 3 things come to mind. It's gonna be one of these 3 things.

1. Environmental, To much heat, to much air movement, to low of humidity/combination of all three. Considering you seem certain these are not likely the cause it leads to the following conclusion.

2. MG deficient, this is already stated and it is indeed a possibility. I would start here (After insuring its not lockup) because you are certain its not environmental. If you don't notice an improvement with the mg treatment on to the next issue.

3. Iron deficiency also falls into the possible category.

Before you feed anything, I would insure that your ph is in range and not out of line which would cause iron and mg to lock up, If they are locked up from ph issue, or salt build up then adding more nutrients could compound the problem and make it worse. If its just deficient a feed will make a difference and solve the issue but if its deficient from a lockup a feed could cause more problems.

I would start by determining why the mg/iron lv is off, could be from lockup from ph or even salt build up. So before feeding make sure its not either of these issues causing a lockup.

this is just for conversational education...i really appreciate the feedback

if it was heat or fan wind and/or environment (which it just ain't) wouldn't symptoms express themselves all over the plant instead of a few random areas? would that kind of damage be irreversible? i treated w/epsom salts and will stay on top of this...

i can't get at the plant for better pics at the moment it's in the back of my room

all my gg4clones are hideous & it's embarrassing ...

too late i'm dumping them, but i think i've made some friends here whom got my back covered..

I think personally there is no one in here better then yourself to be the judge of whether or not environmental aspects are at play.

To answer your question, no, more then likely it wouldn't effect the entire plant and here is why, Some branches are shaded and blocked by others. Which would make them less stressed. If me and you are in a wind storm and I stand behind you for cover you will certainly take a blunt of the force. Same if were out in the sun and I stay in your shadow you would get burnt much more then me.

That opens up another diagnostic strategy if the mag supplementation doesn't resolve things: move the plant to the front and see if things change.

If your mom is deficient u will have trouble getting cuts to root. I would get mama back in good health 1st.. A good quick fix repot in some happy frog or similar. use as much fresh soil as you can. Go light on watering BE PATIENT.

good thing i was able to cross her > i would encourage everyone whom holds her 2 do so ...i should have several hundred of these (they are just ripening )

Some of those pics don't look too bad to me StarCrash.

Perhaps you could still salvage it or maybe get some viable clones.

Hopefully you won't lose it completely, but if you do I'm sure you could get it back eventually.

you've checked for bugs ???? have you gone through the sick plant thread to see if you can figure out why those tops look like that ?
