RC_Colas, i like your jungles :respect: can you tell us what cage size you are using for those tigers roots? :D

BTW, this has a similar pedigree to the 'High Flyer' from the Sativa Seed company of old, with the expection that they crossed a Durban Poison to Thai and not the Malawi used here
GT is great representation of old genetics in modern cannabis world. Combination of african and thai sativas just can`t produce weak hybrids :hotbounce

Thanks satvagrower87, I appreciate your KIND words of respect.

The Tigers are in 8" pots right now and stand approxiamtely 24" tall. The roots are starting to grow out of the pot bottoms and transplanting to larger flowering pots is close. I plan to trigger flowering between XMas and New Years, for finished product in the Spring:jump:

These gentics are VIGOR poster children all the way, been super-cropping the heck out of them to encourage more branching and slow upward growth:dance013: It is sorta working, but I believe these would be outdoor mosters in the tropics!

Cheers

From ACE...you know, the guys who's forum you are browsing:) Feel free to check out my thread I started for those girls, and there is a 'Panama Red' sticky at the top of this forum with LOTS of histroical posts for this strain...a keeper for sure:)

Cheers

RC_Colas

Where the hell did you get that panama red?

the panama red is a equatorial sativa that looks more like ot haze then ace's panama (which is a hybrid of different Columbian and Panamanian lines, maybe even some red in it, but no way is it the same) Wallyduck did a grow log of it years ago before he crossed it with c99 and he said it took 130-150 days to finish some of them. This panama, I believe finishes in 10-12 weeks and allthough very nice in its own, shouldn't be confused.

Our Panama is a pure sativa hybrid, composed of panama red, panama green and colombian genetics. It has been highly selected for indoor growing and fast outdoor maturation, that's why it doesnt react like a tall long flowering equatorial sativa but it's indeed one of the pure sativa hybrids on the market ;)

Sounds great dubi :artist:
How far north can you finish the Panama ?
Will 43* be ok ? When does it finish?

PS I just red that reply

Hello Ise, Firstly, sorry for the delay in the reply, ive been out travelling for the past months ...

Panama is ready around 3rd week of October at your latiude, it's faster than Golden Tiger, Golden Tiger usually finishes in early November. Did GT finish in your climate ? I hope so, 41 N is still ok for them. Thanks for your interest!

:thank you:

Hi g0vnaa,

Depends on altitude, micro climate, coastal climate or continental .... but we have received reports from growers harvesting panama even around 50N.
She matures around 43 without any problem, harvest mid-late october.
Hope it helps! ;) Best wishes!
