Looks like a boy to meFound a male GT. (I think.) Photos are not great, sorry, growth is really aggressive. Develloped lit over night. . Try to reveg and prun it, and segregate it.
The act of circumcision.
Ok. 'i finanlly cut it down to a leafless 15 ender of 50 cm.
no flowers. nomleafs.
no balls or flakes. just fimming everywhere.
And it was naked.
will put it to a medium light space of 20 C.
Looks like a Hannukha Candle now.
( no photos !!')
My guessmis: it will reveg. 'this species is hard takin. Unkillable.
I am happy with one banana, 'I dont want to infect the hood.
willmtakemsome time. The other GT just shows first fem pistils.
Will take lots of time. \Both. So, we are getting there.
Kushes ime are only good for 1-3 months after harvest, a good sativa can be good after harvest after a month, 3 months is better and then up to two years remains good but 9-12 months seems most optimal for a longer term store before degradation starts to bring it down, 6-12 months is generally a sweet spot for me.
Then GT has 60cm and first fem (pre)flowers appeared (the golden hairs) this week, defoliated, 8l bucket, stretch slowed down significiantly after the flower startet or maybe the barber stressed her a little. Potentially i could fill a huge pot, bigger than 25 l. Or even more. The guawis stand in 13 l of soil.@GreenDawn
What is the stage of the GT girl, how much stretching happened? Size of current pot, total area, canopy etc..?
Pictures would help.
Cheers
I grow golden tiger at latitude 19S with good results, even clones do not flower between October and end of FebruaryIt seems that my Golden Tigers are too tamed for the wild in the tropics (10N). From the 3 Plants I have, 2 started flowering less than a month from seed (1male 1 female) and stayed very small. The 3th one sexed after about 5 weeks (f) but keeps on growing although slowly. Somehow they don't seem too happy in this environment. No signs of sickness but they just grew very slowly from the beginning. Same soil and conditions as other Sativas who all grow vigorously on the same place.Tried to boost them a little with moringa leaf tea. Hope the later sexing one will still veg for a good while before flowering. I pollinated the early female with the male I had. They had similar structure and the edges of the leaves are super sharp. Maybe im going to get them growing bigger the next time. Starting seedling in April or May when the light circle is slightly longer could make a difference as well.
Already a remarkable amount of trichomes. Smell is watermelon bubblegum with a (dubi described it perfectly) oily background. I like it a lot. Reminds me slightly on White Widow X Bubblegum, an all time favorite of mine.

The 2th female doesn't have these sharp edged leaves.
