And here’s the old mom convalescing. Looks like she’ll pull through. Her light situation is a lot better now. And the new bean is stalling on me. I sukk at beans. It’s cool tho. I really just want the mom to pull threw. But it would be nice to have another mom for back up. Damn I can’t wait to be on a solid 10 week schedule.
I totally fukkt my mom up. But it looks like I’m getting her back. Lord Shiva forgive me and keep me green.

And here’s the whole veg situation. Moms doin lots better and eatin 75 ml 326 in her bucket. Bout 1030 ppm’s. She’s doin this real tight internode thing like she’s trying to catch up what she missed. I hope she’s ready to give me some cuts soon but time will tell when she’s ready. I don’t think I caused any genetic damage and I’m hoping she’ll start growing more normally soon. Anyhow. I’m glad to have her back. And the seedlings starting to to grow a bit too. Here’s the mom and new seedling. And here’s some pics of the flower room too. The flowers are looking great and smellin like a felon. I just tied some stuff to the ceiling and tightened them up a bit and pretty much got every bud rite where I want it. 3 to 4 weeks to go

What is your leaf temps? Room temps and RH%?
sprouting seeds? If you have them germing, 78-80F and lower light, I use 1, 2', T5 for light at about 18"-20"
no nutes for the first 3-4 days after the sprout OH yes, keep a dome on them/it - using a 16oz Solo cup with 3-3->4, 1/4" holes in the top, actually the bottom of the Solo cup: spray inside with tap water for those first 3->4 days, no fans. just circulated air..

Thanks 4maggio! That’s all solid! I’d like to get a leaf thermometer someday. But humidity’s bout 35 in veg. Flowers are bout the same. I just took the dome off the seedling too. She’s just there cause I panicked when I killed the mom of what’s in the flower room. But she lived. She’s doin pretty good now. But I’m glad to have another pheno to play with. I guess Il run what I cut off the old mom next time. But after that Il see what the seedling does too. So 2 moms now. All Fat Bastard.
And I changed my veg aria around a bit too. I think I might want to get one more 4’t5 for over the mom. Oh yea. I had to edit in. My flower room temps are a bit high. 80f. And the humidity in there is at 33.

And I couldn’t help myself. The timings rite too I guess. It’s gonna take a minit for me to get 4 more buckets set up and ready for clones so I gave her a nice close fim. If ya look real close you can actually see the remnants of what were the fingers of her tops. It’s a pretty nice cut and Il keep an eye on it and make some corrections if need be. I like fimmin.
So as soon as I can eat some more pickles Il get my lids cut and get my airline and bubblestones and alla the rest of what I need to get 4 buckets in line over the single t5 for the cuts. Il move the seedling over to where it’s next to the mom and sharing her light. That’s what I’m figuring on anyhow. This way Il have a bucket for each cut. Il probably put like 2 or 3 in each clone bucket for backups so I got a nice choice.

Infrared Thermometer (IR) is the do all thermometer. Point and shoot.. instant temps for in the grow room, for cooking and the little red light keeps me playing with the cats.. but do not shine in their eyes..
They aren't very expensive and available at HarborFright, Amazon.. etc. I went with the cheapest one, now around $20.. I'm not smart enough to use the $200+ ones..

THAT... made me laugh!
I cook some, the more you use it the more it becomes useful..
Leaf temps are good indication on what's goin on in the plant.

I’m gonna squirt 25 ml of peroxide into her bucket. I moved the holes I had in the pucks that were next to her too. I guess I shoulda done that a while ago I guess. Fukk. I think I got good airflow so Mabe I can save her by movin the air holes in the pucks and givin her a little peroxide.

Nice 4maggio. I stick my cuts straight into hydroton in 3” net pots. They go into 5 gallon buckets with 6x3” holes in the tops. I usually stick 3 or more in a bucket. I’m setting up 4 more buckets now so I can get on a schedule. Il be late getting them in this time but I think Il be on a solid schedule after next harvest. I don’t know if Il even make 14oz this time but this was my first run with this herb. Next time will be better.

SKS, I'd guess that bushy one on the left is the MOM.. she looks healthy enough..

Another thing I noticed in that pic.. you are as unorganized as I am in your grow area.
Organization isn't my best trait either but we do get the job done..

Yea. But it’s a combination back room/sittin room, cat play aria, and music aria. I don’t play anything well and most of the words to what I play are “no! Stop playing! Stop!” but I need a place to put my shitt. So unfortunately it’s a combination room. My flower room’s dedicated tho. But I gotta admit, I’m not the most organized in there either. I’m not trying to make excuses but I gotta do a 40 hour week and I’m old and tired now so I could be more organized. But that’s the plan. To get to where I can retire a little bit and have more time at home. Then I can have a solid 11 week schedule with more lite. Cause I’d like to spend more time at home. I’m tired.

BTW, my cuts only get tap water for the firs 5-7 days and then 1/4 nutes for another 5-7 days until 3/4 nutes.. they dont get the full PPMs until going into bloom <EDIT: smashed in the morning not much going on in the brain.. make that

OH! Cats, in the same area! surprised anything survives. I have 2 and for some reason both are interested in what goes on 'in there' but won't go in.. maybe the sounds of the fans and/or AC that is just around the corner... I'm old too and retired.. I thought I'd get tired of it..

I bet ya never get tired of it 4maggio.
Yea I am kinda messy. We had 2 Birmans a while back. Now we got 6 mut cats. The Birmans were great! They stayed in the flower room all day long and never hurt a plant. They both are greatly missed. Wolverine and Xavier. They were brothers and best friends and loved the flowers. Now our guys are a bit destructive so we monitor them whenever theyr in either room.
Well I’m bout to clean and set up 4 more buckets in the veg room. I’d like to take cuts soons I can.

Damn. The water came out the tap at 310 ppm today. I got a filter in my shopping cart. I’m gonna need a new air pump in my veg room too soon tho so idk what Il do first. But 300s kinda high.
Now I got 4 more buckets in line and gassin off with bubbles inem so Il probably end up cutting in a couple days. So now I’m gonna eat something and sit for a minit. But then I’m gonna go and harvest the flower room. Theyr at 9 weeks now and not moving anymore.

I once got by by mixing Tap (270PPMish) with RO @ 20-30PPMs. I forget exactly what it brought it to but some where around 90PPMs.. workable.. I now buy RO water a$1.75/5 gallons. I do have a RO filter but get only 1 gallon RO for every 4-5 gallons of tap waste water..

Yea back in the 00’s I usta do everything with tap water. In Philly it came out between 180-300 and in Cali it came in round 80 or so. The Philly water came in usually at 240. It worked great. The plants
Loved it but it smelled like it came from a fishtank. But now they use that chloramine. I think that’s what’s really fukkin me up here. Sometimes ya can just smell it. I’m gettin a filter tomorrow ta take care of most of that tomorrow.
Seems I got the wrong pheno on this Fat Bastard. I poped a sister bean a month ago that damped off but
Is still hangin in there. I’m hoping it won’t snap over before I can clone it. She’s at 685 ppm’s now so not really at full strength. But she’s lookin like she’s gonna fall over cause her stems pinched at the base. I don’t think she’ll grow outta it so soons I get a chance later I’m gonna see how close to snapping she is. If I have to Il clone her soons I get my filter. Hopefully tomorrow or day after

Here’s a current picture of the sister seedling. She’s really pinched off. She’s at about 5 weeks now. I can see how she’s just a better plant altogether. 100% simetric. No leaves with any even fingers at all, while the original mom is loaded with asymmetrical leaves. And she made strange buds too. Frosty as all hell but she’s not the pheno.
So I’m really hoping I can get some cuts off the new seedling before she snaps.
