Exactly... My room ful size is 22x10.5 ill have 8 4x4 trays holding 6 each... And 12 more up the wall Verticle... My room would hold all 10 4x4 trays but it would limit access to the plants... So ill run 8 trays I can roll around to work then bunch them under the light... And the rest up on the wall...
Two of those 8 4x4 trays will flower testers for HammerHead full time indapently two will be flushing plants before harvest and ill keep 4 on a 2 week rotation and harvest every two weeks... Ill be able to run 10 to 12 weeks per tray... So its gonna be nice and flexible... And ill pull an extra tray every now and then... Basicly I'm planning on dropping 6 plants into the flower room every 14 days.. Sea of green style...
a few years back i had my plants on a every 2 week rotaion, made a easy trim an dry with out overloading me, but something happend along the way & i got out of the every 2 week rotation an i havent been able to get it back in ratation, im still pulling plants but more like every 3-4 weeks now
No doubts... I can't handle many more 6 to 9 day trim jobs... Fuck that.... It kills my back.... Seriously...
something i have noticed over the years is many growers decide they want to scale up,so they do that and start dumping large quantities on the market at once so inevitably what happens is they make some sort of package deal to get rid of it in bulk at a lower per pound price just to cash out...that's fine and all except then the buyers are never going to pay full price ever again so in effect you've suppressed your own prices and in the long run end up making less than when you were growing a smaller amount so it was harder to come by...

^This is why I advise people invest in a deep freezer, props to DunHav`nFun for sharing that one.
I doubt the pump is the issue rated 1/6hp and 1200gph. Its the one SoQuick used on the ICmag is boring as shit thread to feed 150 2-3 gallon pots. I think the 1/2 inch tubing was putting a strain on the pump its lost power now though even after 3 breakdowns its still running.
If you haven't checked out the icmag is boring as shit thread you are missing out! Its locked so no one can bump it to the top.
I use same buckets but only only 4 encircling the bulb with a large tornado fan blowing straight up at the bulb. 1 oscillating fan is nice too.
I went with this oversized pump because every stupid pond or hydro pump I've bought didn't pump out shit compared to this even with it messed up.

Hey Unc….Waaaaaay back in Overgrow and CW days , old head hippies figured out that completely dried and cured dope was best stored in the freezer to put the shit in suspended animation and when brought back to ambient temps it was as if it was just as it was when frozen weeks , months , even yrs later.....that said.....
I tried ta help some of the growers with that lil tidbit in the outdoor big plant thread some yrs back and got laughed at by mostly Backyardfarmer and his organics entourage , but yet his solution was to completely bone dry the shit and keep it in a cool dark spot then when needed to bullshit REHYDRATE the shit with humidifiers before weighin and sackin the shit up for market.....and then ……

For well over 20 yrs I wholesaled my shit for 2K per to 1 guy once a month , that never knew I grew and swore and be damned what I gave him was some of the best west coast Cali Dope he`d seen , and I left his thinkin that way that a buddy from the military brought me 10 lbs a month and that`s what he got.....not a pinch more.....even if I had 50 in the freezer , 10 is all he got cuz I controlled the market.....
People that grow bulk and expect decent prices at the end either better own a dispensary for vertical integration from seed /clone to sale or be forever doomed to get X amount of cents on the dollar for bulk …..that`s why...…
All my flip rooms were 4 1/2-5 weeks apart and trimming was the same so my 1 man band didn't get burnt out and could handle the job in a timely manner.....Aspen....Perpetual is the only wayta keep from killin your back , so I`m glad you`ve decided to do so......and here`s some incentive about my clone guys in SoCal for your passionate and greedy lil ass....lol....
Back at OG and CW my guys were killin it with SOG tables and crazy amounts of clones stacked in like cordwood flippin em 12/12 from fully rooted cuts and bangin out crazy numbers ok......well....Cali went legal in 95-96 and they were already set up for mega cuts rooting all the time for their rotations and the next thing you know they`re shippin flats of elite cuts in the mail up and down the west coast to all the big dispensaries......long story short.....
After a few yrs of tweakin and strain selection for the best yielding elites that normally form single cola indica type structure , to this day they maintain 10-4 x 4 tables with cheapass 1K MH fixtures over em and pull 1 table a week to the tune of at least 4 lbs …..every week....and been doin it for 20 + yrs without a license except to produce cuts for sale......but....
It takes a clone factory to produce the cuts you need and they take the best of their best and ship the rest out in rockwool cubes in flats @ 5 bucks a pop so needless to say my guys are all but ready to retire and have the 401 K to provide it lol......aight...….
Nuff outa my old ass this day cuz it`s ludicrous to ask anyone to employ 256-3" rockwool cubes with 1 1/2" rooted plugs straight into 12/12 every 7 days for 70 days to start the rotations , but I`m sayin it`s doable if anyone`s crazy enough ta jump down the rabbit hole for a full time job that takes 7 days a week for many yrs that pays off in spades....anyways.....Hope I didn`t fuck the thread up too much Aspen…..Lookin good doll and pm`s are always open if you need help.....Take care of that baby and.....

This area is Basicly dry.. Always has been... This market is easily controllable... I have no aspirations toward a house grow.. Nothing Commercial at all... I only figure 1 to 1.5 a tray... So 1 to 1.5 every 14 days... Alot of the smaller throwing plants will be a lot less... Having the room set and equipment ill have options... The room most certainly won't be full all the time... I simply don't have time year round to grow like that having other obligations in life... I by no means plan on cashing out or selling out... Not saying I won't fill it up now and then like before spring break... This is the BEACH... PRICES GO UP FOR EVERYTHING... Simply a lot of people in need around here... And always have been.. I know a shitl load of people that Untill recently had no idea I even smoked much less had the fire... And still don't know more than I have a good hookup when its in town... Is there some reason to hold out and not be able to supply a growing demand for Quality Folwer... And Quality Concentrates its dry that way too... And Quality Rosin is the demand... I can learn to use a press... Ill be growing CBD and doing extraxtions... I have 2 deep freezers Basicly empty after Hurricane... So why not just have bud in the freezer I mean money in the bank...
I was thinking about doing a dry trim this time... Getting it stable at 62% and vac sealing into Mylar vac bags... Would that freeze good after a month or two cure in a 42% industrial cooler???
UNC... In your oppinion what would you recommend for a Prepuituial Grow Sized for me? The every 12 weeks is shit for many many reasons isn't working... Having 23 beautiful moms and waiting to smoke them among those reasons...

You got it Aspen, time to capitalize.
Dry and cure then vacuum seal in mylar bags is what Ive been planning. The deep freeze maintains it in the same state it was frozen at. The book Cannabis Pharmacy The Practical Guide to Medical Marijuana suggests -4 degrees F (or colder probably) is optimal for long term storage.
I would run dry every 2 weeks... Just saying...
with all the bud coming in from all over properly grown ins goes quick. is always sought after and fetches good numbers

Well you have 4 rooms so every 2 1/2 weeks you should be able to pull a room.
Been doing 3 4 light rooms chopping every 3-4 weeks for a few years and it’s busy. I have help trimming, it’s a lot of trimming. Wait until you see the new press, should be done next Friday. 1 lb per squish, maybe it will work.
I'm putting the Dan Plan on hold for a while.. Its easyer to get equipment for a single room... Then when I have all the gear and equipment the 4 veg in rooms will happen... You know 4 mini splits says it all...
