I agree with most of your statement, and never said it's the males fault. But in regards to the OP's issue, there is more in play than the electric/money. Some roles have to be lead by the gender, it's the nature of our physical being...the nature of our strengths. To pretend gender will never have a play in dynamics, is a naive view to eliminate the basic genes that lie within our bodies.

All relationships won't work out, respect won't be evenly distributed to deserving partners...then separate and find another. All relationships aren't the same, the individuals have to find a formula that works for them.
