No 1 is saying that cookies is for everyone. Why do you think that just because you and your friend don't like it that no 1 else will either? I've been smoking Og for a long time and for the last few months I have definitely preferred cookies over OG...

I don't like eating tomatoes, I think they are disgusting. So that means no 1 else should like eating tomatoes either right? You will be much happier eating pickles, trust me!

I didn't say we didn't like it,just pointing out how over hyping takes a decent strain and makes it out to be something much much more than it actually is. It's basically false advertising and shouldnt be used as an advantage to overstimulate a market.

I also hate tomatoes and agree,know one should eat them. I refuse to allow them in my house. Although I do enjoy tomato sauce and ketchup.

Everyone's got an opinion on taste flavor and high, and some will love the cookie, some will hate it, some will think it's just ok. I like the smell/flavor of the cherry pie better which may or may not be the cookie mother...the cookie high is better though imo.

hey everyone is entitled to their opinion. some of you need to relax. if you were smokin cookies you wouldnt be so high strung. check lumpstatus post to see how to agree to disagree without getting all fired up over nothing. silly to get heated cuz someone doesn't like the same cut as you and posts about it in this thread. whoopee.

that said i personally think cookies is great. i was hesitant at first/ seemed like a lot of bullshit hype. but it was worth it. its different a nice change from the usual. get it if you can.

I posted this in another GSC thread last night but wanted to put here as well.

Here's the truth about GSC, It's not that great. I recently had a private tasting/judging of 4 strains. ECSD,SFV OG,SFV OG x Chemdog,and GSC.
6 people participated. All six choses GSC as last place in terms of smell,taste,and quality smoke. GSC was second place in appearance.
It's just not that special. I'm telling you this from experience. Find some nice OG kush or Sour Diesel and you'll be way happier,trust me.

Thank you for your insight on this. For all you folks giving GRS a hard time, then maybe you should take a step back. This guy knows his pot, and if he speaks on a strain, I at least listen. Not that anybody else opinions don't matter, I just hold GanjaRebelSeeds opinion above most.

Has anyone else noticed how the scouts likes to put on her fall colors strong. I love that purple blue black green thing sha has going on late in flower....

I also have to say one thing....were all entitled to our opinions. Giving GRS a hard time for his point of view the way a few of you did was pretty nasty. We all respect each other here enough to know that one mans treasure is another mans trash.....And when its a member like Grs, who is getting flogged just for stating his opinion, who has nothing to prove to us as he already has shown over the years how valuable he is to the community, well then it really is undeserving imo

I just personally feel a lot of growers will run the GSC's a few runs and then regret using that time and space in their grows that could have been filled with better cannabis.
