In my experience the color depends on strain...I've had strains like super lemon haze turn dark amber. Larry Og is a really nice gold color. GDP is a pure white powder, my absolute favorite because it's not sticky at all and is literally a dry powder.

I'll be doing the following very soon...cherry pie, cookies, new wave, and Larry og. I'll do them all the same way. Hot water purge under a vacuum pump they will all be different colors and consistency.

^ most likely caused by the differences in terpenoid oils and colors of each strain.

Really interesting how they differ in the way they form concentrates.

Strain, flowering time, amount of buds vs trim vs leaf, how long it sat around before oiling, how much heat when purging can all effect appearance. I have had gdp do almost the same thing, called it "the sands of time". But let it sit for a while and the outcome will be darker. Kens kush is usually a bright orange/gold and if left to sit around it will become more red.I ran old stuff[few months in a turkey bag] for friends and it almost always comes out more dark than usual.

yes, i've seen the outdoor cookies looks much shorter/bushy growth, nice looking.i just think it needs dialing in indoors .

The buds are definitely not the biggest, however bud size and yield are not the same thing. You can easily yield the same as other plants with her if you aren't afraid to run high numbers...I've got 84 on that 4x8 table and could easily do 98 or even more... I pulled slightly over 2 off of the 50 table which is great for 50...normally I do 72. 7-10 days of veg is all they need if running lots...

36 plants per 1kw? damn that's a real SOG...only 7-10 day veg is pretty badass....I couldn't run that many per light though...some people do as many as 128 per 4x8' table straight from rooted cut...

This is my second 1/2 lb plant im harvesting, the other should be dry in a couple days...

Positive with the Facilitator shit, you CAN get decent colas, i saw some serious stacking last night on a GSC treated with it...
