getting out of the city, any good counties in CO left?

You might look at the only county on the west slope that said YES to A64. I don't know of any restrictions. I know you can grow OD as long as nothing is visible from the public Right of way. LEO only shows up when called or, if not called in a while you might catch a Sheriff's Deputy cruise by once a month.

Again... stay out of town... especially the tiny towns where the bias runs deep.

and from what i know, WA and OR are even worse for homegrowers. WA has been destroyed just like CO. OR can only have 3 plant rec, and i thought their med laws have gotten worse but i havent read any state issued reports either. idk i feel like its a huge gamble to move to a new state this year. in a year or two so many states will have different MJ laws. the state i thought about moving back to MI, may change to a regulated recreational market, and get rid of the caregiver model they currently are under. i expect that it will pass. before u know it, will be back in the shadows growing underground. unless u want to grow 6 plants, theres ur freedom and "legal cannabis" for ya

There is a well known dispensary up there in Alma and also some in Breck, so the growing laws must be somewhat favorable. Growing up there in the winter makes them crazy though as it gets cold. I don't know anything about plant limits though.

licensed grows & their ruless and grow laws are 2 different things.... rules regarding licensed grows are set at the state level, whereas many grow restrictions on individuals are set at municipal level

when i was raided a year and a half ago i was renting from some russians who had certain properties that they would give to growers, the fixer-upers and whatnot.
when police were talking to me they kept trying to get me to imply that i was paying the landlord specifically to grow, they knew his name, and were trying to get him also.
the russians were super good people to me, actually gave me back my deposit AND last months rent AFTER offering to void the lease so i could get out of dodge. but i still wouldn't suggest anyone do biz with them for grow houses.

Same deal, cops knew who he was and had raided many of his houses Investigators told me they do over 200 raids that year. condemned the house because i had a drip system inside, wouldnt even let me back in. Had to break in midnight just to get my shit back. I saw another 3 raids in my neighborhood just that week. they got a no knock search warrent because i had mini splits in my yard. saw it on the discovery myself. True story. I hired a good lawyer and left 2 months later and moved back to the east coast. Best move i ever made. Fuck colorado. Youre better off growing in an illegal state honestly

Interesting, sounds like a racket. Naive idealist come from all over to get their grow on in the new weed west and BAM...sucker punched by the establishment.

I reckon all these folks heading to CO to grow are easy prey. It also wouldn't surprise me if there was some fuckery afoot. You know, someone might be getting a cut on these raids. And if you ain't from CO you're probably a suspect....

the russians wer buying hundreds of houses weekly at that point, most of them NOT available to growers... but some were.
it's a pretty big trap they have set in colorado with they whole "legalization" thing
