Yeah man theres a few threads on it in the fractal subforum, I got mine from some 2012 stock, n both the females I got lookin fire to me. I think they are strawberry diesel crossed to a kush, dont think its og cuz they are short and squat plants with strong branches, and never seen a diesel or og do that. More likely a bubba, hindu, or master kush, at least based on the structure. Both crystalling up real nice at 4-5 weeks, both have some dank smells its hard to pinpoint, kinda fuelly with sutle strawberry aroma, kinda like unripe strawberry, with some other sweetness like some candy. Its hard to tell cuz they been changing a little every day. Both look like fast finishers, dense buds and pretty good yields. Figured it would be a good cross for the blackberry kush because I remembered reading about them being fast finishers like the bbk. Plus i been wanting to name something wild berry, n strawberry + blackberry = wild berry right? haha!

Strawberry diesel kush, 5 weeks in...

pheno 2- sweeter, more strawberry smelling, frostier of the two...

Pheno 3- more funky fuelly smell, looks to be higher yielding...

Hey getmo sorry for the late response but I think I only ran 2 beans got a male and female from them. Was gonna keep the male but he turned out pretty lanky and like to nut early and fast so I tossed him. So I still got atleast a handful of those beans to search through and when the new spot is up and going the afgoo x panama will also be dropped. With the new spot I plan to keep only 5 top elites or maybe a couple more but my main focus with be pheno hunting seed to find my own winners or losers. Lol

Hey thats wuts up Mikenite. Are u keepin that one u posted nugs of? How did it compare to the gorilla glue momma?

Im at about 5-6 weeks and already know its gon be hard as fuck to pick the keepers out this run. I got 2 fire cookies, 2 orange kush, 2 strawberry diesel kush, and 2 bdXsssdh, and they all lookin and smelling dumbass bomb tho. I was hoping one of each would stand out as the clear victor, but not the case.... I'll take some pics when they hit the full 6 weeks.

She is a keeper she will be sticking around for a while. She is very comparable to the glue in all aspects but with a added grapeness to her smell and flavor. I cannot wait to run her in a bigger pot to see what she really can do. Those buds came out of a 1 gallon pot of promix stuffed in a corner and flipped very small and still yielded a zip so not bad at all.

Yeah HH, Man I never really noticed too much till I updated my laptop to a macbook, shit is night and day compared to the dinosaur ass dell I had.

Looks like she ready heady! Lookin forward to seein wut it do fa u.

This outdoor light dep has been strickly organic. I used a variation of dank.franks soil mix, with some things I added on my own, then strait water till 4 weeks, then I added 5 tablespoons of age old in full bloom to each one. I also foliared with ogbiowar brew once a week for the first five weeks, with the last 2 spraying having some budswell bat guano and some chitosan oglasomething i got from china. sprayed and watered the mix in last two waterings.
One thing Ive noticed, is that I didnt have a SINGLE inside branch on any of the plants. I did zero trimming out, and have single branches going all the way the way up with nugs going all down them, but no larf.
I thought this was interesting, and wonder what might have caused this...
Heres some shots of the whole light dep...

Notice the structure? great light penetration, fat buds all the way down the branches, and no branching off the main branches.

Heres some shot of the two sssdh X blue dream, out of the two one has a bit more density and crystal, the other one tho is a beast and looks to yield maybe yeild more. They are the ones you see in the front middle and front left of the whole dep shot....

Hmmm...Looks like a higher calyx to leaf ratio than prior...but I see what you mean. You think you're yields will be more or less because of the branching/growth style?

not sure about yield difference, last year was all gorilla glue, topped or bent down for an even canopy, so its hard to tell since this year is a mix of all new genetics and from seed...

Heres last years, they were grew in smaller pots, fed liquid gobox organic line. Everything is different, soil, feed method, grow method, pot size... really cant tell.

this is also the wider shorter dep tent.

pheno 2, more kushy diesel smell but also got a sweetness, slightly denser but lighter feeling, if that make sense.

Im havin a real tough one decideing on a keeper out of these fire cookies tho, the short denser one is packing on weight, nice funky minty kushy smell, but the taller one looks so damn good, smells a lot like the forum but with a little liquorishy smell in the background, almost like the durban I been searching for for years.... Might have to keep both around for a while...

I was thinking just keep the tall one, but the short one has gotten LOUD. Its gettin more funky erryday, rock hard and hella fat, would be perfect to run where space is an issue, or just for a production run.

I tried to pop 3 of them wild berry seeds, after 2 day soak and 4 days between wet paper towels, no poppage, so I took each one and cracked it open with my teeth like a pumpkin seed... Now I have three seedlings developing their first sets of leaves! Cant believe that actually worked.

Hahah, that happened to almost half of the cookies bagseeds i popped. Seems counter intuitive but it works! my best guess is that some strains produce thicker shells and need a lil push (or crack)... either that or their not fully mature.
