Only like ten or twenty people ever got legal weed from the government and it was garbage.I don't see how you can say it being a scheduled 1 drug is false when millions of people don't get shit and the government won't admit it has medical value. We all know the Government is nothing but a bunch of hipocrites

It doesn't matter the quality, it's the fact they give it to aide in the relief of various ailments, That's medical treatment. If the government itself is giving it to people for medical reasons then it must have a recognized medical value. One of the big requirements of schedule 1 drugs is that they have no medical value. I mean seriously, there's got to be some lawyer out there that could bring a case to the supreme court for a rescheduling of Cannabis based on this program that has been supplying people since the 70's at least. I Know it was a limited number, less then 2 dozen and now I believe it's down to 4. Again though the number of people is irrelevant, it's the reason they're supplying it. Do you really think they would be doing it at all if they didn't believe it worked? I mean I seriously doubt some official in the government just said, "Hey I know, let's give these random sick people marijuana for the next 40or so years, just to see what happens."

They weren't just random people.they were terminally sick people.no amount of quality cannabis could help those people.I get what your saying.but it doesn't matter how good a lawyer is.we won't see federally legal pot for a long time.nor will it be a scheduled 2 drug either.hell if it was they could make any amount a felony cuase as far as I know, all scheduled 2 drugs are felonies. just putting it out there.not saying I'm right or wrong.just speaking my mind is all

Once the big boys jump in the game, this luxury boutique style product modeled after the wine or craft beer industry is probably the only place left for us smaller guys to play. My company works with family wineries in NorCal to help them compete against the large corps. Looks like these canna businesses are targeting an unserved demographic that will explode when legalization hits. It's smart business.

Don't we want as many people as possible to try and enjoy the effects of cannabis? A lot of the current branding and marketing would alienate many consumers before they even tried the product. I think these companies are targeting a valid section of the population that needs cannabis as much as anybody else.

Interested in others opinions here...
