Growdoc...so far no problems at all...the TDS and pH went nuts early on..but that was do to my soil having time release ferts in it that I think. Something, I think the Diamond Nectar, released a bunch of nutes all at once. I was on it quick, I knew something just wasn't right. Since that flush..I've bearly watered or fed them..and they seem to like it that way. It's like I said the Bubbledust just seems determined to get the job done. They are pretty much growing on autopilot, other than me breaking their necks. The way and rate the tops spread out and up, would make it a great plant for SCRoG it would seem, with a topping or two. A topping before the stretch would have really paid off...I'm going for the Xmas tree with these two...I want to see that huge alpha bud on the single main.
So it's been easy for me to grow.
issac..right on man...fill that cab, so far I don't think you can go wrong with these girls...easy germ, easy sprouts, easy seedling, easy veg, hopefully big buds and easy clones...and Growdoc has done both.

nycnoob...thanks for stoppin by...I don't think you'll be disappointed. Growdoc...I read more about water cloning on Caprichoso's thread...I was doing a few things wrong...Took one clone from Alfa..that actually has a chance...Nice dark leaves to start with...we'll see.

Growdoc...The main problem I was having was giving them too much light and weak clones..You just want to give them enough light to stay alive, not try to make them grow or they will consume themselves and the leaves go yellow...for sexing and making male branches pollinate..then you want to try to make um grow...I get it now.
This new way and the small clone I took from BD Alfa hasn't even drooped a leaf tip. I'm keeping the rooting stem dark using a narrow coffee mug and lid with a small bubblestone. I have some other clones that were week to begin with that I'm experimenting on too.

Not much going on...the girls are stretching now..Alfa wants to be tall and lanky..Betty wants to be shorter and bushier..I had stuff to do, but I did get a couple of shots of Betty...she's only 1.5cm's taller but far more bushy.

What is up my brotherin.. Man what a change just in the last 4 days.. They look great.
I hope my look half as good as yours do.. 2 of Mine Just went into soil they had about 1/2 inch tails. The other 2 im going to let the tails get a wee bit longer.. So i will be starting a thread in the coming week im sure.. I cant wait to see the nugsz on yours so i know what to expect.. Mine will be started under florous for just the sprouting and then moved to outside. I will see how they do under flouros. Maybe put them under the 400 for about a week.. Lets see what goes.. see ya soon.. peace.

Looking so damn healthy, you are doing a fine job there.
regarding the camera, i would suggest the canon EOS 350D, it is the upgrade of the 300D which i have, OHenry has the 350D...........very good cameras and you can get reasonable priced macro lenses to fit.

Yeah tc..I've been looking at alot of cameras...the 350D (aka XT Rebel) is getting really popular great camera at a reasonable price. I think $850 at www.Newegg.com . The 20D is the next step above...that one has my eye for the moment. The Nikon D70s is a revamped award winning(camera of the year 2004) D70...The only thing is the D70s is still only 6.1MP. I'll probably get 1 of these 3.
Well the plants are getting big and are starting to take flowering seriously. Alfa is friggin huge 33 1/2" (85cm)...Betty 27 1/2" (70cm) tall. (I snapped Alfa's neck again and went a tad to far...so she is in a splint, because she couldn't lift out of it this time. Betty is a nice bush and my favorite of the two...so I'll feature Betty again...she's flowering better so far.

Growdoc..The higher MP make for better photo editing: cropping, zooming, more pixels to start with...but I really like the Nikon better for features and world class lenses. With a SLR camera body you really need to stick to the company from there on out because of lens system. Nice lenses are very expensive and you're gonna wanna be able to use them hopefully long after the camera body is gone. This is why I'm hedging right now. I definitely won't call Canon amature, especially with film SLR's...but I like Nikon cameras more and 6.1MP would be enough for now if I use good lenses.
Well Alfa is out of her splint makin buds and stretchin...she may go over 1 meter(39.5") she's already 86cm(34")

mega pixels has absolutly nothing to do with picture quality. mega pixels has to do with how clear the view screen is.
