I know I am way behind on this one but if it helps somebody then it helps somebody... but deer need a good running start to jump a fence. So you have to have 2 concentric fences spaced about ~3-5 foot apart. They can get over one but not the other.

I like that camera. Now I can't remember if ours are Foscams or not, but they're IR wireless, no sound. Now that we have come out in the public eye I want surveillance that has sound, too, especially around the house entrances.

For more reading, may I suggest to you Acres, USA? It's my #1 favorite in my home library!

They're Foscams darlin. Ours are indoor/outdoor weatherproof, wireless, and capable of "seeing" out to 60ft in darkness.

thanks! :tiphat:

Amazing grow, tell us more about the soil you are talking so highly about please.

what exactly do you want to know? :)
it's called formula 419. (530)-432-9906

makes sense, but why not just build one fence high enough so that even with a running start they can't clear?...

boobs - That soil list looks very nice. Too bad soil isn't listed from most used igredients to least used, like food. Really that info from their sight didn't tell me shit.

However the proof is in the pudding, and the pudding is super healthy plants in your garden. Were you able to plant directly into this soil? Wait until they are transplanted from 1 gals? Also, how is water retention?

agreed, water retention is satisfactory. check out my watering thread for an idea of water requirements/capabilities.

here's some pics from tonight, couldn't decide which I liked better.

Quick question about the 419 soil blend? Did you amend this mix at all or just use that mix straight into the planters?

no amendments. :tiphat:

Gotta find the camera and get the card out of it, but last week I went and took a few pictures of what I've got growin' on. Ain't much this year, had a lot of hiccups and set-backs, but at least I've got something growing.
