Thanks testy. I will be goin down there to go abalone diving and rock fishing not soon enough hopefully. Been goin to ocean cove for years. Something special down there. Brought some killer indoor gdp down one time and smoked it with a local. I guess he wasn't use to good indoor cause he sent me home with half oz of some mendo purps that he grew. Oh my that was some good.

Been procrastinating lately because of work so spent all weekend ripping out Bermuda grass and trying to get a couple of tree stumps out. Both are a pain in the arse.

Well it's been a while since my last post. Got a bit later start than I'd like but life took over. Working 6 days a week with my new job. My mother being diagnosed with breast cancer and in/out of surgery and my father in law feelin like shit. But everything has been planted and lookin fine. All the plants are finally showing sex and we are left with 24 little girls. Got some clones goin too. Will be planting them shortly.

Happy gardening.

Sorry to hear about your moms, sac. Cancer is a scary thing to deal with, but it helps if you got a solid support system...which it sounds like she's got. Hope she gets better soon.

Garden looks good, man. You gonna run some drip lines? How far apart are those holes?

Thanks man.

She is doing much better now. Yes we do have plans to run some drip lines but for now we bought what the guy at the hydro store said to be the lifesaving pump. Been a little easier feeding than the old school 5 gal bucket. I think the plants are about 8-10 ft from center. Give or take. Prob should have gave them more room but we were trying for more plants instead of big plants. Holes are approx. 200 gal holes.

Happy gardening.

HillBilly1, Yep! Ive been looking at the paki chitral kush for a minute. Next season I will have more beans to choose from. Shcrews has me digging Bodhi Seeds a lot. Also want to pick up some BOG gear as well.

Hemphrey, I way over exaggerated on the plant spacing. I thought they were further apart but the more I visit the sight they look more like 4-5 ft from center lol.

These plants I got seeds from my neighbor. I call her Mike for now. He seems to like having the plant named after him. One is really slow with mutant/deformed leaves. The second is faster growing with less signs of the deformed leaves. The third is the most vigorous of the three with nice broad leaves.

Man-Of-Nature, thank you sir. I put 8 hour days mon-sat and make it out to the garden when I can. Tomorrow is the first saturday off of work since the 4th so I plan on goin out and spraying the plants with some neem, Dr bronner's soap, dyna gro pro-tekt and aloe vera juice. Which is my spray for pests. No sign of much pests around here though. Been scoping through the entire grow sure that them russetts would be back but still no signs. I think seeds were a good choice. Does anyone know how long i can use this recipe for. I've been reading that neem oil is no good once plants switch to flower. Also we got catipillars big time last season. What do you guys recommend for those bastards.

Thanks and happy gardening.

if you raise the brix of your plants through foliage feeding, youll not only create healthier plants, but plants that are naturally resistant to pests.

just my 2cents

looks nice,
cheers

Thejointedone, I had to look up brix real quick. Is that why tom hill and all them old timers I read about using a stuff called brix mix? Thought that word sounded familiar. We've been feeding the plants tons of fish fert. And recently molasses. Which I read is carbon and raises brix levels? Very interesting stuff bro. Will stay busy reading more on that.

Much appreciated

Had to pull a male tonight underneath this beautiful blue moon. Don't know how but I must have overlooked him. Will replace him with some clones tomorrow.

Some thick buds going on there already! Bushes are perfect shape. Makes them very stealthy. I like the way you water. Its important to throroughly water all the rootzone. It cracks me up when people water just the leaves. Some folks just pour the water right on the stem and walk away... The plants will survive, but they won't produce a root system like they will if watered correctly. Thanks for sharing! :smoke:

Yessir. We also rake the holes wider if the plant looks like it's outgrowing the berm. Well as wide as we can. Ty pipeline. I notice a big difference watering in ground. Save tons of water. Nothing goes to waist. Even the 10 gal pots will drain down to the big ones so.
