first gun looks to have action open, second one looks like a pellet rifle. either of them being a loaded centerfire would scoop their eyeball out. hope these were posed & there is not an "after" picture of someone with a pirates eyepatch...

I lent a friend my 7mm Weatherby mag rifle for deer hunting, I'd be using my Wby 300mag which recoils like 4Xs as much as a 30-06. Jim insisted on trying the 300mag while we were sighting them both in @ Blue Mountain range in NY.
I warned him, but Jim was an experienced shooter, he even had a ccw permit for NYS incl NYC; he touched of that first round and he screamed like a bitch. A HUGE crescent moon on his forehead. At hunting camp (Tanana Lk Shore Lodge, Roscoe NY) the next weekend he was laughed @ by about 15-20 guys every night for supper after the days hunt.

The Rosco Dinner.. that place still there?.. Blue Mountain was my 2nd home for a buncha years.. I hear they banned lead shot at the trap and skeet ranges..I havent been there in ??? 30 years..Those Weatherbys' all kick like hell

they used to serve a breakfast they called the 'Wow' on the menu, we're all big eaters and we called it the 'Wuh' instead.
