those are tv monitors, look @ when he taps the 'glass', it flexes & does what your own tv or cp panel would do.......
those are lcd panels put behing a clear plastic cover, like plexyglass or something similar. taping or moving the plastic cover will probably signal the computer behind this that it;s time to play the shark part. i guess it's a trick they play on visitors, seen many versions of this over the internet, so it must be installed in multiple places.
