My son goes to school in Fullerton, and I can't get him to leave SoCal. Not that NorCal is all that much better... Still though, Fullerton, close to the edge as it is, still qualifies as Orange Curtain.

the cops as a whole COULD actually earn back some of the respect that they seem to think they deserve by dealing with their "bad apples" like they deal with everybody else.
if every cop on that video was in jail without bond (like i would be if i did that kind of shit!!!) i might start to believe that their bosses were not a bunch of evil fucks

This video almost made me throw up, seriously! It has sparked such a debate between my son who is 17 and myself I just don't know what to do. He lives in FL with his mom I live in CA, we watched the video on the phone together and he told me after viewing it that I only look at things from one side. It made me cry that he could possible think that way, after viewing that video. He said I need to google the good things cops do. I told him there was no amount of good deeds that could justify what you see happen there.
The worst part is what they do after they kill him. It's like how a cat is with a dead lizard he was "playing" with. They are like whats your name? Pushing on him, poking him to see if he will move and then they just let him lay there handcuffed and start talking about how they were all right in what they did and he just wouldn't stop resisting. With the yea he was on something. And yes when you are about to loose your last breath you do say I can't breath. That is what happens when someone is choking you or smashing your chest so it won't expand. When he stops talking he is for the most part unconscious.
Why could they not have just let him go and see what he would do. Regroup and take control of him without six guys on top of him. He had no weapons and there were like 8 dudes there at the end. They could have completely circled him. What could he do or where could he have gone? It absolutely sickens me that I pay those fuckers salaries. I type this with my head low and my heart even lower, America wake up and see what we are letting happen to us!

Every single time I see something like that I always wonder why the power hungry abusive fuckers couldn't just wait it out? And why does it take so many piggies? Same thing with Waco TX, same thing with Ruby Ridge, same thing with Rodney King, just to name a few of the more obvious ones. It wouldn't matter if it took a month, just a couple people to watch over the crazy old fucker. I mean, what's the huge rush? When I see these things I'm just convinced there is a primal instinct that power hungry piggies get when issued a badge. They do not receive any authority to issue justice, like everyone believes happens, but succumb to a baser instinct to beat any other thing they can into submission, using any means they can, very often going too far like this, And it's not just a bad few. It's ALL police.Training is most obviously very lacking at all levels.
I've got an uncle who is a screw(prison officer) and I asked him about why they go mob-handed.... there is actually a good reason, being that 3 or 4 people can safely restrain someone without injuring them a lot easier than 1 or 2 can.....
Not the case here though- the point of using multiple people is so you dont need to punch the fuck out of someone. This is pure gang violence and "Respect my authoritah" syndrome.

The stuff I've read about US police recruitment policies and standards-it beggars belief.
I think that the very fact of wanting to carry a gun and order people around should disqualify a person from becoming a police officer. Sometimes I think the job should be filled by draftees dragged screaming off the streets.

COPS ARE CRIMINALS well most of them take it from someone who has been threatened by them many many times when i was a KID from ages 12-18 threatened to be beaten up or they threatened many times to arrest me & plant evendince gun or drugs on me that will put me in prison for life they even arrested me when i was 18 for no reason strip searched & threatened by not 1 not 2 but 5 cops who all got in my face & threated to kill me if i ever told anyone of the things they were threatening to do to me & my friends & the almost daily harrasment & they were dead serious as soon as the rampart scandle broke they all got transfered relizing that they could get caught unfortunately they got away with it cause i was too scared to press charges etc....ive never been in real trouble or arrested for anything ever........i still fear cops to this day im now 35...........the point to my rant is that they cant be trusted their all bullies,corrupt & criminals................im in southern cali near LA the cops out here are very dangerous................................
about a year ago about the same time of the fullerton inncident a women was arrested in malibu at a resturaunt for not paying her bill the cops claimed they released her at 2 am with none of her belongings shoes,cell phone,money etc...she wasnt from the area & knew no one & went missing.......the cops stuck to their story but the cops stories didnt add up after months of searching by family,friends & the fbi found her months later in a canyon dead (tuna canyon,malibu like 15 miles away) when the family & media started asking question & got the fbi envolved for a second investigation the police department offered the family $900,000 to keep quite & go away JUST AS THEY DID FOR THE FAMILY IN FULLERTON.....if there not guilty of a crime then why are they trying to bribe the family to keep quite? what department would release someone 2am without any of their belongings or not let them call someone when their not from the area to be picked up? it just doesnt makes since & the sad part is that the family took the money thats just CrAzY & the case i think is now closed & the fbi obviously helped protect the cops cover up & they got away with murder! no charges were filed against them no arrest were made no evidence was found NOTHING! the cRaZy thing is that these kind of things will keep happening & they will continue to get away with it cause of all the power they have behind them.........i dont know if i should stock up on guns to prepare for the new world order or move to canada lol

There is a reason why this case does not get exposure like the Treyvon Martin case. The Treyvon Martin Case is highly publized because they are twisting the case to make it about RACE. To divide the people of this country. To put Black against white/Mexican vs. black...etc,etc.. Kelly Thomas is a white man who was killed by cops. This story would unite the people. This story would open the eyes to the rest of America what is really going on, And what has been going on in minority populated area's of the country.
They are afraid of what this case could really do if it was televised and shown the same amount of attention as Treyvon.
