Hey mate, interesting is the more polite term I use to describe the last few years lol. I’m still breathing to mustn’t grumble to much .

Ya I'd say 10 years.
Still lifting?
My back went to shit stenosis in 2 spots herniated L1 thru L5.
Arthur in the rest from head to toe.
What i used to do to stay lean and mean I now do so I can walk and do stuff.
Very humbling I now work out with about half that I used too.

Where does time go?!
Yeah I still lift but not half what I used to lol , more just for general health than building size and strength. Like yourself it took a lot to adjust to fact I just can’t keep going on like this and it’s time to kiss that life good bye. It better if been a has been than a never was mate .

Thankfully I’m not suffering to much , no arthritis but had few bad disks and bad rotor cuff , drop me a pm if you fancy a chat mate , we’ll discuss what old lifters use to stay functional
