oh my god the morning paranoia!!! im not the only one!!! why the mornings? sometimes i wake up sooo paranoid and scared but it only lasts a moment. sometimes ill wake up at like 5am and just think OH SHIT and have this feeling of dread. really trying to distance myself from that.... it aint healthy unless you have reason for it. and if you have reason for it you best take care of whats causing it.

when i got busted i was going to university and i lost thousands of dollars of textbooks, fine literature, art, photographs, CLOTHES of all things. they probably had no idea how much some of those photographs were worth, and think, they are rotting in some landfill somewhere
well ill add this: stay positive man. you know in your heart you didnt do anything bad.... thats all that really matters. what can they do to you except put you in jail and make it near impossible for you to live a "legit" life ?? and who wants a legit life anyways? you aint a bad person , right. your momma knows that and thats all that matters. i see you're already back in the game , just don't make them make you give up. grow grow grow!!!
good luck to your case KB i got another friend whos case is coming up soon for a big grow they are suing too....wishin luck to everybody fuck the petty ass pigs! they already dropped probation plea deal on my boy from five years to two years for something pretty similar to yours so dont settle for nothing less!

had court last week .....
i was under the impression that we got the second disclosure. my lawyer paid for it already. but it appears that it has DISAPPEARED!!!!!!
last 3 or 4 court dates we have been asking for it, its part of my defense. the judge is getting pissed at the DA, he calls it the "ever eluding disclosure".....
my lawyer thinks they erased it and is stalling for some reason. she said " i bet we can end this right now, if you cop to a simple mistermeaner possession charge".
i said "fuck that, full dismissal".......
funny thing, my lawyer is representing a fellow grower that i knew several years ago, we ended up in the same court room, same lawyer.....

If you think you're really clear according to their rules, hold out.
If you think your really guilty according to "their" or "the" rules, take that plea.
Don't be trying to hold out based on your personal beliefs on your right to grow. Balls in their court now. You're playing their game.

im pretty sure it wont effect me in any way with a caregiver status.....
it WILL affect my plan to sue my city for $1.7 million though! full dismissal is the only way i can sue.....
I believe the stalling and offer for the misdemeanor plea means they know they have no case if it goes to a jury trial.
I would do the same as you decided, hold out, they will eventually have to drop the case if they can't break you. I support not taking the plea, you are not a criminal and taking a plea to even the smallest charge is admitting you have done something wrong.

FWIW the worst case scenario is that they (the prosecutor) is holding on to the disclosure due to an ongoing investigation
ewww, thats not cool.
they wouldn't disclose their evidence to my attorney but they did give a cd with a witness supposedly calling 911 reporting my crime.
I still think the cd was a fake
But I'm pretty sure what they were withholding was video camera evidence (non mj related)
i got 2 yrs probation and 30 days work service. it sucked but better than the worst case if i didn't deal out.
