me no tell a lie:) pics to come if I can get them to show my phone is crap. I lost a few big fan leafs to wilt. I think she got a bit dry. Nota ton of roots but there there. back shortly:tiphat:

Just poking fun at you. The roots will come on strong if you water it then wait a day and water again. At least they do most of the time for me.

I need to try this out. Such a crazy concept - cloning while still attached to mother! So cool.

Yes do try it. It will say you time and make cloning easier. At least it does for me.

Thank's going to have to cut them loose real soon . They are actually in flower hope they survive flip them back soon as I cut them off in a few days or so.

They will. My buddy did some with blueberry. Still had the branches every where that happens when taking a clone in flower.

Update time. It is now day 21 of flower. So here is the scrog screen.

Looks a little thin in the back right corner. And really full on the left center front. I have a couple days of stretch left. I plan on cleaning out the under growth this week end.

On the clones from cuts they are catching up. The biggest is just a little over 18 inches. It is a Bruce Banner #3. Not quite as tall as the air layered clone was at the time it was cut from the mother. At this point the clones from cuttings are still behind the other air layered clones by three plus weeks.

Here is the biggest Bruce Banner #3.

Not as full as the air layered clones were. Here is one of the Bruce Banner #3 air layered clones when cut.

Now a group shot of the five best clones from cuttings. Two Death Star clones on left and three Bruce Banner #3 clones on right.

And lastly the Death Star clone that I lost all the roots on. Still alive but not thriving yet.

Nice - that's a giant clone!
I wish I could get my hands on that Bruce B #3 -
Can't wait to see her in action!

Hey Ich picking up some Jack and Cal Nit . Can you give me a quick run down on how many gram to make the concentrates. I just got the 4lbs to try. Would like to make a litre of each. And is it 10ml each to a gal or to 5 gal. Or if it will not go bad in its concentrate form then I would do them in Ice tea gallons as that is what I have tons sitting here. Thank's UC

The concentrate does not go bad if kept out of bright light. I found this out in my garden. It developed floaters in the sun. I have never had a problem in my clone room though.

I mix 880 grams of the Jack's per gallon of RO water. I mix 580 grams per gallon of RO water of the Calcium Nitrate. These work with no additives at 10 ml per gallon of nutrient solution. If you run intense light or CO2 you may need to up it a little. Or if you have a heavy feeder.

I add Potassium Silicate and Drip clean. I also use Phosphoric acid to lower my PH. Because of this my concentrate for the Calcium Nitrate is instead mixed at 644 grams per gallon.

Yeh I know. These ladies are like my daughter, on their own schedule. What every they want to do will be done when they want to be done.

I will be posting pictures Monday to show the girls at week four of flower. I did not trim the bottoms yet. No time this week end. It is my wives time off from work. That and some thing about our 23 anniversary of our first date. Oh and I have to spend money buying things for Christmas.

The first time I met my wives parents they said make yourself at home so I did. I kicked off my shoes laid on the couch and grabbed the remote. Her parents were like WTF. They were use to uptight boy friends who would sit all stiff on the couch.

23 years - congrats, I've only been with girlfriend for 3 and it feels like a long time...
23 years can't even imagine.

Ahh Xmas time is coming eh.
Gotta get some timers to do a little auto feeding on some coco that needs daily attention.
Are you sticking around for holidays or doing any traveling - I always love when gone for 4 days or a week (never leave my girls for a week, let's be honest that's too long ) and come back and they have either grown 6 inches or packed on a bunch or weight. When you don't see them for a few days they seem like they gro so quick but when your there every day they seem to be taken forever!! At least that's how seems to me. Esp my seedling. Got some headband and I wanna get some cuttings but she's dragging her ass..
Anyways I am rambling should prob head to bed..

Thank's man. Do you use the warm water or is it not needed. Also I guess if I want to make a 1/2 or 1/4 batch of concentrate . I just cut your two #'s in half or quarters.

Ive been lurking here for years now and have not made many posts cause if you read enough here you will find the answer. THIS thread is awesome...some of the most informative people have stopped by and no attitudes or pissing contest. Its like a great novel unfolding before our eyes.
Thanks Ick!

Well I married up. So ask her how she made it 23 years with me. Maybe it is the good dope I grow. Well no that cant be it, gosh I dont know.

I make a gallon at a time. The Jacks does not dissolve quickly so I have a working jug and a reserve jug. No hot water because it sits for a bit before I use it.

Yes if you want to make a smaller batch just divide it out. Liters are easy to do because you can use a 1 liter pop bottle.

Glad you like the thread. I think the reason there are no arguments is because most of the posters went to a more interesting thread. You know something like the Honey Booboo thread.:dunno:

How they doing Ichabod?

They are doing OK. They did not stretch as much as I thought. I will post pictures tomorrow night and start trimming the under growth.
