Man nameless things are, coming together. I think I am the only person on the planet who doesn't like tangie. I helped a buddy trim Saturday, last 2 plants were tangie, we stripped them for oil. I couldn't get the smell off my hands even after a long shower.

paint thinner works, lol

I try not to put stuff like that since I quit finishing furniture. Orange hand cleaner is what I normally use, but I am out of it. I get sticky bye bye from the hydro store works wonders. I tell my trimmers it makes my hands feel like a bitches. The wife didn't like that to much. Haha.

I use WD40 to get gunk off of my hands and then you have to use Dawn detergent to get the WD40 off. Hey, its better than paint thinner! :biglaugh: My lil ol hands would probably split open with that. Lol

ok heres some lights on pics from this morning... pretty unimpressive if i do say so myself. nevertheless it marks the end of the serious and harvest prolonging work, for now. i still have some odds and ends to tighten up over the rest of the week.

anyway, heres some glue

new ac is a beast. i had to spray foam some gaps in it but the black plastic in it is light tight. theres a hole for water drainage though about 3/4"sq im gonna stick a black tube in it to block light and let water drain still. anyway this was after 17 hrs lights on, its set to 74, it was 80 outside...

Checked it out. Looks great. Reminds me of an old
"super soil" mix. I think BOG or TGA run it? Not that crappy brown bag from walmart.
I used it for years. Then I discovered Marine Cusine. Which is easy and works.
Do you dampen the mix for a while before use? The break down the organics? I had damn trash cans all ovef back in the day!

nah the last few times ive not cooked or added any water until the plants go in usually within 24 hrs of mixing. my original mix was a modified burn1/coot/phillthy style but i cut out the blood and bone and focused more on diversity and timed release/sustainability. the new mix (organico mix) is a direct ripoff of dank franks NSPB mix with my preferred base.

welcome acdc

You can probably reuse that mix though right? Lot's a good slow food in there for sure. Look forward to seeing the plants down the road.

I like dirt outdoors. Inside It's all hydro for me. Way way more complicated. I do miss dirt sometimes.
