Nice work, How's the PNW taste and smell?

First time running her, so dont know how she tastes yet. She has a musky tropical fruit/berry smell that I assume is coming from the Dogshit side of things. I dont have much access to cuts here in Hawaii, so I have no experience with either of the Parents.
