Bummer to hear about the herming orange crosses.

I guess I didn't learn my lesson with Greenpoint seeds.

Dropped some Orange 43 in dirt yesterday. Got a pack of the orange cooks as well but going to wait to see how the 43 does before sprouting those.

I was just reading a bunch of shit on IG about not only the Orange line but from some of the Alien lines like Area43. The more I read, the less likely I am to ever crack my OJSDKB. To be honest, I'm a little worried throwing in my Alien FPOG and Alien Blue dot. I'm going to because they've been vegging for 2 months, but I've never been so happy to get only 1 female from each pack. Less to worry about, because I sure am worried.

There are also reports of great gems being found in the Orange crosses... Keep us updated on your Orange 43, TSM. I'm hunting through 5phenos of OFPOG as we speak, all looking very nice!
I'm not sure where the idea of popping seeds became "easy"? Am I the only one who pops seeds and assumes every plant is evil and posses potential for intersex traits? There are enough problems that aries when growing cannabis, I try too eliminate lazy problems (lazy=problems). Once bloom lights kick on, I'm in there, looking first-time-flowered plants over top to bottom. To some, this may been seen as OCD. I call it having trust issues. And I like playing with fire.

Yeah I'm not bothered by a few sacs on the first go round. I've had good phenos that did that the first go round and then never again when I ran them from clone.

I don't think people are getting mad because they expect everything to be perfect with every seed. But I think it comes from spending $200-300 and getting no keepers or having most if not all plants herm. That's a far cry from getting a sick keeper or 2 and having a couple bananas pop up on one or two of the females. And I'll definitely agree that there have been some stellar plants found, just look at TLC's IG, I've seen WAY more reports of people upset because they've cracked 2-3 packs and found nothing they would even give a second run. And that's not just newbs, but some very good growers. I don't know, maybe it's just me, but I expect better for the price he's charging.

I picked up his GDot at the cup this year. Seemed to be one of his most unique crosses without the alien or the OJB he's been using heavily. I've been hunting down decent blue dot genetics and I'm hoping these are the sleeper pack of seeds I've been looking for.

WiFi43 x Alien Tech.
Short with stacked internode spacing.. hoping for some tech in this one.

Ojb x Fruity Pebbles OG.
These are the two most opposite leaning phenos I found. The top one has huge indica leaves, is very short with tight internode spacing and barely any side branching. The bottom is stretchy, with nice internode spacing and many laterals. Other phenos are a mixture but lean mostly towards the top (huge fat leaves, minimum side branching). Reminds me of GDP. Will be able to tell more during/after flower.:dance013:

I have one male(also leans towards top pheno). Thinking about collecting some pollen and making F2s.

Welp, we had to cull ojb x fruity pebbles phenos #9 & 10 yesterday. I was keeping my eye on the #9 as it had nugs twice the size of other phenos and already smelled of sugary limes. The #10 smelled like an old pickle jar lid. Dang it. Fingers crossed for the remaining phenos in the orange line.

Sucks to hear about the Orange pebbles.
I hope you get a true female and its killer. plz keep us informed how it turns out.

Ive grew like 5 of the dago orange's and got 3 normal females, 1 normal male and 1 hermie.
and i just popped 4 of the Sour Apple x OJB (Apples 2 Oranges) and got 1 male, 2 normal females, and 1 hermie.

So ive definintly found more regular females than trannies in the very small amount of beans ive gone through.
and the females have all been top quality.
and i should add, that im not a good grower and ive been having problems recently, so the hermies could have been stress induced on my part.

Interesting note, is that the hermie had a crazy trait of red trichomes. straight from the beginning of 12/12.
