My next orgy is going to be with their Panama, Destroyer, and Malawi. Currently there is a little orgy of Hazes and some other random clones going on in my place. Oh, and random clones, that includes a clone of this plant. That clone has been in 11/13 for almost two weeks and has not begun to flower at all, the indica-dom ive got in there are in full flower (Purple Pakistani Kush x [Destroyer x Chocolope]) yum!
Anyhow thanks everyone! She is now too tall to capture in frame. If anyone knows how to do the multiple picture combinations like Bushweed does to show those 20 footers in the ultimate sativa thread, let me know and I'll post one of those. For now, here are some incomplete shots. She is magical.
Now, here she is adjacent to a green pheno of Ace Oldtimer's Haze. Unfortunately that plant is not a keeper high-wise, too balanced and body load to justify its 24+ week flower period. Fun to grow, though. Im hoping the GD is CLEEEAR headed and not THAT long in flower.

Well funny you mention that now, I topped her yesterday. The problem was that that heater was burning her leaves and really blowing her around, beating her up.
If you recall from the first plant, and I think they are pretty similar in tendency, topping resulted in basically a total halt in upward growth, she became one of those african savannah umbrella looking trees. So maybe now that will happen and she will just bush up. The problem is I think I screwed it up, because if im wrong and she still puts branches upward, now instead of just one growth tip being burned, the whole canopy in will get it. Looking through the thread I remember I ended up pruning a doughnut hole in the canopy of the last one, so I may have to do that again. I need a more sturdy ladder I guess.

Yeah Destroyer isn't bad at all indoors, she responds really well to topping and training. Great yield and smoke. I managed her in my 8 foot tent with room to spare. Destroyer and Panama, two strains that bring sativa into reach for those of us who dont live in the jungle.
And LOLOL what would I do with 50 of these I can barely manage this one! Im basically dreading harvest time, if all goes well I foresee months of tedious manicuring ahead. And also, from the clone I have in flower, Im starting to understand that she stretches, probably a lot, like 4 or 5 times. The clone was put into flower right away at about two inches tall and has yet to start flowering and has already added a foot in height.

Yeah the world is well rid of that tomato. For a six foot tomato bush, two tomatoes a month doesn't justify its existence especially at the expense of the GD! I have three heavy producing tomatoes in the trough behind her though. Green Zebra is a great variety, lots of yield and perfect flavor/texture.
If you are picking up seeds, I would recommend that you grab a pack of Ace Panama. Thats some killer sativa herb with just fantastic qualities all the way around from seed to smoke. I have no experience with Congo, Golden Tiger, or Nepal but if the Ace gear I have grown is any indication then I bet they are top.

Here is a picture of the top job. Three nodes came off, about ten inches of plant. Then the upper branches were supercropped away from the heater:

And this, friends, is by far the biggest problem that this greenhouse is facing. The plastic cover is continuously holed by the resident herd of cats, who claw their way up whenever I am inside. If I let them in, they cause havoc and make the experience of being in here terrible, LITERALLY herding cats. If I don't let them in, they invariably run up the sides with their claws. This has, over time, caused the double layer of plastic, which inflates for insulation, to deflate and grow mold. Mites suck, but at least they don't fuck up the structure of the greenhouse. Suggestions? Tried electric fence and making an easier way for them to get up without clawing, but they seem to like running up with their claws. So irritating.

Ha i could have retired by now with the bank I could have made from videos of these cats, they are hilarious, and thats the only thing that saves them from machetes or .22 shells when they pull these attacks. However, when you 'own' 18 cats, the only thing that saves you from being a crazy cat guy is NOT making cat videos (and having a girlfriend).

Thinking hot sauce, prob after the rain yoy wanna spray the walls prob just 3 to 4 feet up, thinking cats will avoid it once they get a whiff. Hot sauce water and a spray bottle. Maybe
I’ve used that plastic floor runner stuff with the nubs on the bottom to hold it in place. Turn it nub side up to keep cats from where you don’t want them to go. Could get a little pricey but you could cut strips in half. They don’t like steppin’ on that stuff.

She just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Very complex smell, I am, as Im sure some other folks are, itching to see her flower structure.
I watered five gallons of compost/guano/mineral tea yesterday morning, which is enough to cover the soil surface of the whole trough with about a half inch of tea, and enough to see slight percolation through the drain holes. For the tea, I used five tablespoons of indonesian bat guano, five tablespoons of Azomite (A to Z Of Minerals Including Trace Elements), and a heaping double handful of finished compost. I pruned off the interior growth tips on the upper branches, since they were going to end up in the heater bast zone. Now her upper crown is sparse but the growth will be directed out (picture a palm tree with an upside-down top) and away from the damaging heat.

One trait that this plant has in common with her departed sister is sturdy, fibrous stems. She has been tussled by the wind and fans enough to be stout, but the branches seem like they are built to take a load. Here is a detail of a leaf.

ehh theres not really a good way to do it. I could have devised some sort of deflector but I've already topped and started to train her out, so, Im dealing with it that way I guess. She needed it, as who dat pointed out, they are getting ready to oust me. The mutiny is coming soon. August, when most of the growth will occur....shit. That was the plan with these Hazes though... I wanted an out of control jungle, and an out of control jungle I got.
You can get as cute or creative as you want with sheetmetal, zip screws and foil tape. With these three things you can fashion whatever shape airflow director you want. I believe you are getting after the issue the right way though, which is namely dealing with curbing the attitude on that giant, fuckclobberin' plant of yours.
