i found a wallet with 4 hits of crank from what i could tell and 65 bucks i looked at who the owner was......it was the local southern baptist preacher :/ i still gave it to him and acted like i didnt just find meth on a preacher but idk i was still in awe at the event that just unfolded like i think he knew that i knew but i sure as shit didnt tell anyone about it till now hahaha

last concert i went to before i met my wife, i was broke as hell. barely scraped up ticket money, nothing for a shirt etc. walked in the doors after handing them my ticket, wondering which way to go. heard something odd & looked down. looked like a couple of one dollar bills wadded up, folks walking by kicking them, not even looking down. i grabbed them up & unfolded them, came to $97. t-shirt vendor yelled "hey, buy the lady a shirt! you got cash..." I'm like "fuck yeah! get you a pretty one, baby..."

once in a while i'll spot a bill sitting on the sidewalk. in israel the bills are of 20,50,100,200
any one of those is a nice find...
i allways look to see if someone dropped it.
if i see money fell off of someone either it's a bill or a coin i'll tell them they dropped somthing - i know i would like someone telling me if i drop money out of my pocket.

not too many times for me.

once I spotted a quarter about to slip between the cushions of my couch, I did a snatch @ it to avoid its slipping down, I came up with the quarter and a $20 bill.


at a traffic light in White Plains NY I spotted a wallet lying in the roadway, there was $300+ in it and although there was an ID I was desperate due to a drug problem, kept the cash.


at the taxi stand in Scarsdale NY I found a wad of bills with a rubber band around them, $430 and so I put a notice on the taxi shack wall, claim the cash with the correct denominations & color of the rubber band, there sure were a shitload of wild guesses from the entire fleet of drivers.


I don't really recall any other cash finds.......

I find money on the ground all the time at work...drunk people are sloppy as fuck. Also about a year ago I found $100 bill on the floor of a walmart, go figure.

The thing with claim the cash thing is....if guy lost money and told people how much there was. But the rubber band color is a good idea because people dont say , well i lost 200$ attached with a blue rubber elastic.

The person who found hash in amstersam reminded me of this story.

I had taken the bus to amsterdam (was in Europe)' was there for 3-4 nights

When it was time to go back, i went to the bus station to catch the coach bus

I was waiting for my bus had an hour or two to go

I found some weed on the ground, in a baggie, if i remember correctly it was afgooey
I figured, i am going back to another country, dont want to deal with customs, having that smell around me after smoking it

So i continued

I went inside the bus station central... Walked around
Was fairly young, not even 20 yet

I then made eye contact with this group of youngsters
They were a big group, around 8-10 of them
They looked like punks (kids who fool on the street looking for trouble)

Right then and there, i just got the feeling (6th sense) there was trouble, so i started to turn back and get away, and as i was doing so they started running after me

I went back, took the exit, and there was this shawarma/falafel place behind, a big line of people (people doing nothing might be more prone to help then people walking fast in the bus station) once they saw i was next to that falafel place full of people they slowed down and werent sure what to do

So i continued going in that direction, trying to go around the bus station
I arrived at this bridge, and i saw that 2 guys were there waiting for me, maybe 3 but i remember 2 for sure

So i said, fuck, and even went further around, i was sort of happy because i was seeing more of the inner city, seeing the locals

So i went around and finally managed to get around the bus station, was now at the front of it
So i went back to get that halfgram or so of afgooey bud

Rolled that shit, smoked that shit

Went inside the bus station next to mine, told the guy at the counter people were trying to rob me and if i could stay in there waiting for my bus, he said sure, (thank you my good man)

So i sat down on the floor next to 2 other travellers, i then saw that they were from same part of the world as me and we got to talking, felt like home was right next to me

Now i am much older, i have travelled more and to worse places, and know how to defend myself, so i think i would deal with these situations better, but, chances are i would have done the same today

1 vs big group can be risky
Not impossible, depends on circumstances but i wouldnt risk it unless i had no choice

yeah two people is bad enough even if you were chuck norris on pcp i dont think you'd fight 8 people without an ass whooping hahahaha

ok im just curious because i know this is weird. do you ever find money? how often? in the last year i have found money 40-50 times. twice i found $20 and then 2 minutes later when i got in a cab i found a $2. then another time in a 2 minute period i found a dime then a quarter and then a $20. in between i have found at least 10 quarters and about 30 dimes. it is always dimes. at least 8-10 times i have found multiple times in a day. if a week goes by and i havent found any money it seems strange and then sure enough within a day or 2. dime. i dont believe in anything that has to do with luck. nor do i believe in coincedence. (i just noticed that has the word coin in it) all i can make of it is i have some strange but temporary magnitism towards currency. like in a positive currency mode. opinions?

Are you aware of the law of attraction? Perhaps this has come into play and is being manifested? U think positively about attracting cash, and the law of the universe directs you to money? First thought that popped in my head..

ugh my aunt believes in that crap. She hangs pictures of money all around her apartment because she says it will bring her money. Shes still dirt poor lives off the government clipping pictures of money out of magazine articles.

Thats better then money! You could sell it to make money or save your drug money and use those or get the both of both worlds!

when I was in basic training/tech school in the USAF, they made us write down the serial numbers on the bills we had in our wallets...hard to deny stealing someones cash if you have their bills.
