Replacement of a Tee seems like it shouldn't be a problem. If it really needs a saddle though, I suggest something like Milliput. It's an epoxy clay. Somewhat like chemical metal. Oil your part, then form the clay over it, to make your saddle a perfect fit, and have a seat for a cable tie or hose clamp to hold it in place. Once it's set, pull it away, facilitated by the oil. You have cast the perfect saddle.

If you can't see the hole, I'm unsure how to proceed.

I did back then that was when I first got my license till my early twenties... Turned to light to medium duty trucks after that. Last truck was a 2002 Toyota tundra .. only truck I ever bought brand new... Just let her rest last year with no tool box required ...

I've been a Ford guy for a long time but can't wait to get rid of my 2018 Expedition. Bought it a few years used like I always do (31,000 miles) to get a basically new car for cheaper. Thank God I got the extended warranty. I haven't made it a whole oil change without having at least 1k of repairs and have had somewhere in the neighborhood of 15k in repairs to date. First it was undiagnosable coolant leaks it was in and out for months while I had a rental, then the coolant pump, then the entire A.C. system, then the computer, then the motor was leaking through the front main seal, then the seals on the rear axle, and currently none of my tps sensors work which they are claiming is my responsibility and cost $900. Here's the thing though, what are the odds that all 4 tps sensors break at the same time? Not a chance in hell. I believe it still has computer issues but can't prove it so fuck it. If I wanna know the pressure of the tire I'll use a $5 pressure gauge. I am watching the mileage and end date of my warranty so I can get rid of it the day before either of those is up. What really sucks is I'll probably be losing money being under water on this hunk of shit as they're very expensive but I had my last Lincoln truck for 15 years 275,000 miles. Fuck Ford and their new line of garbage.

Don't know about JB Weld in that application, but I used a JB weld product about 6 years ago to repair a decent sized rusted hole in a tractor wheel and it's held air ever since.

this is a version meant for plastic, and several "glowing" reviews from guys that used it on radiator cracks. i've never had JB fail me...yet.

Can you pressurize your system to find the leak

it is a crack in a seam where it was molded. i epoxied a saddle over the crack lengthwise as wide as the seam was exposed on back of tee.

Ford tps valves are about $50 here, but as you say, it's just forgotten them. It's so common, some models have a button to search again, detailed in the owners manual. Failing that comes a procedure of ignition clicks, and then going around the car dropping 2psi from each tyre in sequence. This must be done straight after a run, as moving is what wakes them. The horn sounds when it's time for the next wheel. Worse case is the need for a tool to pair them, but it's unlikely unless the ecu is looking for valves you swapped out by changing wheels.
Rubbish system that most owners wish didn't exist. They even put it on some poverty spec models, which are meant to be free of so much clutter.
$900 is insane, and suggests they want to use the nuclear option, the special ford electronic device, which iirc is about $100 from China.
Last time I saw a car loose them, it needed a new battery a few weeks later. Then they were back. It seems a low battery skipped some power using procedures, and reported them before the car even moved.

part of the problem is she has a degree in education, while mine is in engineering. that makes her "smarter" in her eyes, lol. she has NEVER taken my advice, being one that must be proven wrong before accepting that, and then gets mad BECAUSE she was proved wrong. her default setting is that "you are an old stoner, i'm not, so i know what i'm talking about. end of story...". i pick my fights very carefully. the truck IS pretty...

fuck, forgot why i stopped by. my JB Weld patch and saddle is holding up so far. drove it until it got hot, no leaks...yet.

I may be treading in the wrong ballpark...but if you don't like repairs and recalls, try a tesla. We've really been happy, and we live in the boonies, in a state with maybe a handful of superchargers on the other side of the state. No oil changes, no brake problems, no leaky all over garagey, no standing out in the cold to fill up. Costs just a couple of bux to go to the big city and back, some eighty miles away. There were a couple of 'recalls' and lots of 'updates' that meant that when we woke up in the morning, they were fixed while we slept...without driving eighty miles, one way, with two vehicles, so that one could get us back home, no waiting for the 'right' parts, and no waiting for days to get the vehicle back just to find out that they didn't fix whatever was wrong, ...again. We can even warm it all up while it's in the garage.
