Floridated water safe for bongs/waterhash??

Zam- That flouridation seriously is bad shit though. I drink like a gallon of iced tea a day, so I'm drinking about a gallon of city tap water, even though it is boiled first.

That's seriously scary. Water shouldn't have a smell, you ever heard someone say "it smells like water"?

i think a good idea would be that each of us calls our city/area water provider and ask them how exactly they treat the water we get. this way one knows for sure; in case it has flouride, ask about the said dangers etc... and see what they have to say...

Most agencies will never tell you flouride is harmful in any way because they are not told it is harmful in any way. You really only find that kind of thing out by looking it up, and to do that, you have to know to look it up. The only reason I knew if because my girlfriend knew. I have no idea how SHE knew. I guess someone who knew told her

I sure hope this is all paranoid stoner ramblings....or jsut hightened senses of digital awared-ness....either way i already made my mind up....im finishing my bubble hash LOL

If you're that worried about it just buy a bunch of distilled water and use that. If you don't wanna do that, then go the DIY distilled/RO solution, posted by Pipedream, here...

Watering your plants with spring water is smart as well because it dosent build up Ca and alter organic nutrients with chlorine that are in tap water.

Flouride is what i mix with acid to etch glass. Flouride in acidic soil could cause more problems.

Is water treated with flouride or whatever ( for drinking) safe to use with bongs and ice hash or does the flouride burn when heated and cause cancer. I think i heard bubbleman say something about this.

flouride isnt safe to drink! its a by product waste, so its toxic waste! look at how many countries put fluoride in the water, barely any! the idea of fluoride in tha water came from the same doctors in the 30's who said "smoking is good for you". its poison! same with MSG and aspartame. end diatribe.
