I went to the first one 2 years ago in broward and it's like a disney world for Growers..5 bucks to get in and I took home Thousands in free nutes/Bulbs/shirts/grow mediums..Bought a 600 digi for 160 bucks..with bulb case of 4 inch cubes and a bottle of Hygrozyme..you cant beat it..All the major nute companys bring samples of there newest stuff..They have to pay to ship it back overseas so they try to get rid of everything in a few hours..I left 2 hours early the first time cause there was no more room in the car for freebies...A must do if you have the chance..Hope to see ya there..you just wont know who's me..lol

Hydro con was sick. i got at least 300 bucks in free ferts and other shit. I dont even know what half hte crap I got is or does and now will have to spend a few hours reading throguh everything. Some of the nute companies gave out samples of their entire line. I have enough of the humbolt line to use nothing but that for the next year. Fox Farm also gave free samples of some of their bloom additives. Very nice work from everyone involved

yea, that was gnarly today, my hands are still hurting from those heavy ass big yellow bags, lol...

couldn't have come at a better time too, i'm ready to bloom, but was all out of bloom nutrients and am broke as hell till next week, now i'm set for awhile

just like you said chamez, got alotta reading to do to find out how to use mosta this stuff

...super stoked i went today, deff. worth calling off work for this, hah

one thing i was disappointed in, was no botanicare, they weren't there...

300 in free ferts...each one of those house and garden black boxes is worth 250..I ended up with 12 of them...I'm excited I got Ed Rosenthal's autograph during the show..such a shy man..anyone see the water cooled cool tube?

gdawg nice avatar..I have southern flying squirrel that we rescued this summer.Even took her to the Hydro show as well..

was it really, i got 2 of those. any ideas on what the humbolt nute kits were worth. the guy at that booth was talking to me and a friend when he slipped and said "that stuff will give you nice hard nugs"

kingofspades, i think i threw out my back carrying out all that stuff. It wasnt physically possible for me to carry anything else out of there. I post a pic of all the crap I got, though its only a cell phone pic

see I didnt get any of the Humbolt stuff..I would have loved to try it..I was talking with the guy from the Ecosystem booth and asked what the plant count was for the machine..he slipped and told me 4 pounds every 55 days..I just laughed..I wish my camera wasnt broken..I put everything together and it looks like I robbed a hydro store..Now I need a closet just for nutes..Now I got Lots of gifts for fellow growers this Christmas..I love these shows..

edited:Thats alot of loot Chamez..I took my girl and a friend with me as well..I really made out..Next year I will fill a van full of homeless..just kidding..I give so much of this stuff away...like I said I still have stuff from 2 years ago..everything that was left over from the show the companies gave to Sunshine hydroponics so I didnt feel bad grabbing what I could!They own a store..why do they need all the extra free stuff..lol.

the show was awesome, i had the best time. didnt unload the van til this morning and let me tell u it smelled like a rolling nute mobile! amazing how everyone was so friendly :kos: keepers of the green are truly the best people! to all who were there what a blast and to all who couldnt make it, if it comes near you go go go!!! btw to all who participated in the "coma stick" :joint: it was a pleasure and another example of how small the world really is.

Hell yeah that coma stick was awesome...My favorite was the TK/Mcfly J's..Thanks again for going ..everyone had a blast..I'm still floating.

Im giving away 1/2 of what I got to a good friend who grows down south. I had someone go with me to get him everything that I got. I also have a couple friends who do hydro that I will give some hyrdo only nutes to as a have no use.

first east coast show was Nov 13 2005 in Ft lauderdale...they skipped a show in 06 and had this years show Nov.11 in O town...I'd drive to maine for the freebies I got..I got no less than 5 g's worth of stuff..Gdawg it's a must do..
