Florida is perhaps the greatest evidence of all that a God exists, and that he has a sense of humor.
Imagine: a state with affordable beach property, the best fishing in the world (literally), unreal weather, reasoned gun laws, and plenty of job options for my line of work.
Only to double as a state with quite literally totalitarian tendencies, a willingness to defer to authority as though the populous was a state of 8th grade-intellect, passive, "yes sir!" GED recipients who simultaneously think of themselves as alpha males, whom wish to convict myself and fellow ill people of criminal plant growing. Punishable by 10+ years.

Are people with no record generally sent to prison in Florida on a first offense grow bust, say <50 plants?

Yes, anything 25 plants or more hits the MINIMUM MANDATORY SENTENCING rules. Judge has no discretion....gonna do time.
However, others here may be able to give better ideas about plea bargaining.

Hey fellas I'm trying to figure out if I have a stowaway or a native critter.
I found a baby black gecko in my coco, the coco was a compressed brick bonticare that rehydratyed about week ago in a tub with a cover and today opened it up and found the little guy diggin around in their.
Looks like the native geckos you find here on your porch at night but its is jet black and may have small white dots.
Maybe it is a native gecko and they are black when they are young?
Any ideas

it'd have to be a native,i'm sure that coco sat forever somewhere,not to mention being so dry and having the shit compressed out of it to make the brick.never seen one around here like that though, the ones i see are always dusty brown looking

yea over 25 gets you fucked. under 25, you can even have guns and a scale and only get a year probation and then have all charges "erased" after thats completed

Got the KISS fertilization rocking...wife will finish the grow and be giving away several zips to her future fan club before she departs for england....hahaha. Gonna stick a bag of Maxibloom in my suitcase for the flight back to england and get her to bring one too.
How is that Grape doing you? Still rockin it or moved on to other things? You gonna flower your mothers before you move up to yankeeland?
I am just sitting around waiting for work permit/visa and planning the first grow back in england...and listening to the Grow Report podcast.
In the meantime I am smoking lots of kush (MK Ultra, Vanilla, and Purple) and hording the Satori like a miser hoards fucking gold. 4 hit rationing....and only share with the wife...hahaha. Definitely a sativa person.
Time for the Magic Flight Launch Box and a little more Satori.
