Yeh instead of that ooey gooey shit....clean blonde flake.
I figured this shit out too after much trial and error. Shitttt I still remember the first batch of ISO I ever made....
Left that shit over night! Lol. Talk about ooey gooey. It was like a black goop that wasnt actually black, it was just soooo green, that it looked black.
Long story short this is NOT the proper way to make iso...(plant fats, chlorophyll...etc. NO BUENO)
After reading about the "quick wash" method it was all good from there.
I never used the stove, but a hair dryer. First hot, then not.
SLOW EVAP. IS THE BEST!
I just stick a fan on it with it on the windowsill....works every time!
BUT....I have NEVER tried this with trim or bud.
Only stems...and THAT shit was good
So I could only imagine with some more high end stuff....

QUICK QUESTION:

Does anybody know a really good Micron size for a dry sift screen?

Ioni doing a little DIY christmas gifting, and wanna make some cool kief boxes...

Had a sativa skunk by sam the skunk man,....out grew my room and since im near florida i figured id ask advice, It flowered indoors for 11 weeks then moved out doors in september...it is still viable and green with white pitils will it survive for a spring flush or should i just hash it?

It has been said you can grow year round in a sub tropic climate. This happens to be a warm December, so depending on where you were located I imagine it would finish. Any sign of bugs and finish her...bubble that biatch.

I know that running moldy buds through bags is ok, because of the water and filtration. But would Iso work with moldy buds? It just seems like the astringent properties of the alcohol would somehow remove the mold too...

Thinking of putting in a couple of extra plants in my next batch and buying some bubble bags. All the nugs from one or two plants into the bags. Cheese bubble hash sure sounds good to me.

Driving on snow is like driving on Fl roads 10 min in to a first rain in a while. You know like the intersections with that oil mixing with rain....slicker then greased owl shit.
I grew up shoveling snow.....the north can keep it. In shorts and a tank top baby.....who needs shoes!
It our reward for the god awful summer heat. Though I don't mind it so much as long as I stay in shape.
