damn it gets dark early...I went out for a hike to check my baseball bats and got lost once again on the way out...the dog seemed to be a bit frisky so I kept low as he always smells animals and people way before I see 'em...oh yeah, my baseball bats are my outside gals...they look like small louisville sluggers...all colas...looks like tomorrow will entail trussing up all the indoor girls, they are getting a bit leggy and need training...the big day is coming...the yearly anticipated Christmas grow...seems to be better every year...this one is sure to be the finest in the land, never seen such a swell room full of colas in years...must be over 100 12"-18" knobs...they vary from purple to lime green and are all swollen and getting redish trichs...y'all enjoy your evenings and remember...better be nice, Santas checking his Florida grower list twice...ahahahaha

damn, 5.5 amps, ouch. that blows, and the noise sucks also, but i can turn it off if needed. how often does it kick in, and for how long? do you know the RH without it? and what is your rh with it?
also, does it produce heat? i have central a/c, so nothing exclusive for my room.
how well does it work. if i put it outside the room, in a hallway do you think that would work?

My room is running right now, (waiting to get another mini split) but when it was running it only kicked on for 5 minutes every 30-40 minutes when the lights were off. Lights on it might of kicked on twice a day.
My rh would climb to over 70 without it. I have it set for 55 until late flower, where I would then kick it down to 45.
Yes, it does produce heat. The nature of the way it works is that it produces hot air. But I had a mini split ac in their so it would run for 5 minutes before the heat would cause the ac to kick on, which would cause the dehuey to shut off. It was like a closed loop system, with the ac.
It's cool enough now that the heat should'nt be an issue.

boo, your room sounds freakin amazing:xmasnut:

good drown

hrrm i dont think im going to get one since i have central ac. mine seems to get to 52 if i have ac on. does heat also lower rh? maybe once it gets colder at nights, then i could set it on a timer to only go on during lights out, then the heat would be good.
i really am thinking it was those 72 hours of darkness and ac off during those days that caused the mold, that and it being a huge fat cola.

good drown, I gotta agree with you, the 72 hours of darkness with no AC is the likely culprit.
Like toasted does, airflow does wonders.
Was just wondering 'bout you killa. Beautiful nuggage as always my man:yes::yes:

Hey Good Drown good info for the SLR people
For people with regular digital cameras ,such as my Kodak Easy Share C340, you need to reduce your Exposure Compensation and your White Balance. I find if I set my Exposure Compensation to -.5 or -1 and my White Balance to Tungsten in my cameras menu settings I get the nicer pics even in HPS lighting.
Just a little helpful hint :))

G

good drown

yea, the tungsten setting is what you need, its for hps lighting or "street lamps" mainly
